Dear All,
I hope this is the right place to make this post but let me give you all my story anyway. Any replies will be very very much appreciated as life seems like a dark cloud right now and the joy of living is just about gone. It all happened about 2 years ago when I was abroad and a female friend of mine gave me a handjob. I was high at the time and I didnt ejaculate for about 1 hour and 20 mins I would say. Straight after ejaculation I felt a pain in my penis in the middle and this pain kept changing for about 6 months until then I had seen no change in the shape of the penis. After 6 months I started seeing a change in the right side of the penis from the top and when I was erect I would see a curve but didnt take much notice as there was always a curve present. So i went to the GP had a ultrasound where they said the structure of the penis is fine and the blood flow to the testicles is fine. about 6 months after that and until now this is the situation...
there is no change in size but sometimes my penis feels like ummm its gone deep below and i have to pull it out for comfort this happens when its cold or when ive smoked some marijuana. Also sometimes there is slight pain when i am erect i can feel that the penis tube is not straight inside the testicles it has moved to the right side and i can feel it touching my thigh. sometimes the testicles drop so low that its unbelievable to look at.
there is a definate curve or bend in the penis. masterbation is fine no pain during ejaculation or during the masterbation but after i feel a slight pain. when i urinate its like once im done theres still more left and i have to push it out. i have been to 6 or 7 different GP's they all tell me its fine they see no hernia or anything of the sort and another thing i must add is when i touch the penis now with the thumb and the index finger before it was like soft tissue before the injury now i can actualy feel a tube.

from the pictures I have seen for pyronies and the hour glass there is nothing of that sort but there is a definate change in shape and performance.

Please Please Please could someone be so kind enough to tell me what they think this is because I am married and my wifes visa has just been approved she is coming to the UK in 2 months. I should be looking to make myself financialy stable but I cant focus on anything I feel like giving up.

I wait impatiently for a reply.

Thankyou all

If you can, go see a male sexual health specialist (I believe they're called "andrologists" in the UK) and have them confirm diagnosis with a thorough examination and ultrasound. I am in the US not UK, so I don't know who the best person is in that field in your area, perhaps one of our UK members can chime in with that info.

It is possible that you do not have Peyronie's at all but perhaps some slight bruising from over use. Also, although I believe marijuana is generally the least harmful of the recreational drugs, it can cause paranoia and this may be why you are unable to focus. Try cutting down a little bit. Sometimes scares like this give us a chance to improve our overall health and cutting back on marijuana, alcohol and tobacco are great ways to do that. Exercise can also help you focus your attention elsewhere. Good luck and let us all know how the doctor's visit goes.

thank you very much for the reply my friend. the thing is over here first you need to go the gp then he gives you an appointment to a urologist or whoever he thinks is suitable. i know its free but its a pain in the ass. I will get the appointment sorted but i was wondering if there was anyone on the forum who could make a judgement from what i described?

Difficult to give you an answer but based on your explanation I don't think you have peyronie's. Regarding the way you are urinating, it may be enlarged prostate.
Bottom line, you need to see an URO as soon as possible to get diagnosed and to reduce your stress. As Skjaldborg wrote, it will be beneficiary for you to cut with the marijuana a little bit.

Worried Guy

Ask for a referral to see David Ralph at UCHL if you are in the London area or are willing to travel.  I realise now that the penis looks different throughout the day.  Sometimes it is plump and soft and then other times it is hard and small.  I believe it has always been like this it's just before you have a problem with your penis you never really pay that much attention to it.  Sometimes my testes are close to my body and sometimes they are very low.  I believe it has a lot to do with temperature and if you are mobile or stationary.  I was worried the first time I started actually looking at it in detail but it is just normal.

hello everybody. first of all i would like to say thanks for the replys.  have booked a appoitment with the gp so will ask him to refer me to the name mentioned.
i had a question ...
i was self examining today and noticed that if i stand straight and look down towards my penis while erected and i push it down it looks straight and normal.
but i feel the penis tube inside the testicles i can feel that it has curved all the way to the right and the end of the tube instead of being next to the anus is actually on the right touching the corner of my right thigh. could this be pyronies inside the scotrum?? any answers much appreciated thanks.

I'm not a doctor but to the best of my understanding the scar tissue (fibrosis) typical of Peyronie's occurs on the tunica albuginea, the tough sheath that covers the erectile chambers of the penis. Since the erectile chambers do continue into the body somewhat, I imagine it's possible that fibrosis could form there as well, but I would guess that it is unlikely due to it being difficult to injure the part of the penis that extends into the body. You might just be feeling the spermatic vessels that are located behind your testicles. The scar tissue of Peyronie's disease only occurs in the penis, not in the scrotum. Hope that helps.

Special note:

Yes, Peyronies Disease can occur in the area where the penis actually extends well back into the body. Injuries can occur in the perineum area as well as in the outside portion of the penis.

Riding a bicycle with a small seat like a banana type can and will cause injury to that area too. So, this is my observation based on experiences with many guys about Peyronies Disease on and off this forum.
