hello everyone...

25 years old here with peyronies a few years ago... i have 25 degrees of curvature to the right with hourglass deformity.. i'm not sure if 25degrees is categorized as mild or moderate case.... currently on traction treatment but i just decided to stop it first cause i heard it could be dangerous... i also find out every treatment got their own risk and side effects... so do u guys think it's worth it for me to keep finding treatments as my curvature is only about 25 degrees? i'm afraid if things will get worse i'm on treatment that doesn't suit me...

I think 25 degrees is well within the normal range. I never thought to measure the angle of my erection as it was never a concern of mine before getting peyronies, but looking back, I was probably around 20-25 degrees and I never had any issues with it. If it doesn't give you any problems I wouldn't worry about it too much. I know that's easier said than done but I think you're in good shape.

Trental/pentox might be good for preventing further progression too.

after the first year, it doesn't change as much... i think especially if you use traction and have regular erections (there was a theory that hypoxia led to Peyronies Disease and loss of penile length in post-prostate-removal patients, so erections are important)... then it will stay where it is.  25 degrees is mild, and if you have no ED then you are in pretty good shape.  i wouldn't do anything except traction & make sure u have regular erections ... what other treatments were you considering?  the pharmaceuticals are still questionable though pentox seems accepted now, and some take daily cialis.  i am skeptical of daily cialis bc it is screwing with the body's natural ability to hold and release blood from the penis, but that's just my own skepticism.  if you dont have side effects from pentox, you dont have much to lose, but some peopel have side effects.

If there is no pain, you can still have sex and your erection quality is good I would do nothing.  That's me though for others they may be more concerned about how it looks.
