Taking care of your peter after surgery

I had surgery ( Nesbit )on the 22nd of this month. Most all the stitches are out now... Just wondering what others have done to take care of it while
it heals. Did you keep it wrapped until it pretty much completly healed? Im using Neosporin on it and keepin it wrapped and shower and clean it about 3 times a day.
Ive been stayin home from work while it heals because I travel a lot and dont wanna be out of touch with my Doctor here locally.

I don't think you should have it wrapped anymore.  I only had it wrapped for the first 3 days.  I used neosporin and bacitracin.  Dr. Levine told me to stop using neosporin and solely use bacitracin because he said that neosporin can cause swelling.
