I'm a young guy and I've had ED for a few years now. I have decent T levels (500-700) range

Recently I decided to try Andractim/ Enclomiphene, which raise DHT and T respectively.

My experience with both (tried each by itself for a period of a few weeks to a month). Is that I received a very strong initial effect on erections, felt as hard as they did when i was 17.

However both these effects went away and even after trying them months later never returned

I'm wondering what is the mechanism behind this as it doesn't seem to make sense, if anything DHT should have an upregulation effect.
Onset of pain in March 2021
Progressed to loss of girth to dent under the glans left side

Been doing daily heat, traction, pentox, ved, cialis since initial onset of pain

Currently still experiencing pain and dent unchanged

Bud luck

I have exactly the same penis issues, dent on the lef of my shaft that is narrowing my penis. I'm also on TRT due  to a vasectomy,  mainly reduction of my DHT levels. I did take Proviron ( anabolic steroid that increase DHT) and my erections and libido went up, but I started to have side effects like dizziness and nausea, so I quit taking Proviron. I'm been trying Traction, VED and PRP to try to recover my girth and reduce the deep indentation, but unfortunately is not working. At this point I only have two choices to recover my lost girth: Extra Tunical Grafting or Penis implant
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

If your T levels are normal, why on earth did you decide to try this?

ED is a multifactorial condition and only a doctor can determine the exact cause of your problem.
Psychogenic ED (coital anxiety), 40+yo. Current regimen: udenafil 200mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
