It's a thousand bucks. I don't have great health insurance so the uro visits would have to be out of pocket. This seems like a viable option. Any one here tried it?

Very unlikely to help.  Why not try proven treatments such as traction?
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Interesting! but can't see the detailed tech info on it. Also it seems you can buy a Chinese eswt machine for $324.90. I would be very cautious in case it causes too much  damage but perhaps it's getting the intensity right that makes the difference.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

Hey Tony, I'm definitely using traction and ved. Just exploring other options if else fails.
