It stated six month ago I had pain and PCP didn't think much of it.Now its bent like 90% and my doctor told me this isn't big with black guys and I was pissed because I have it.My wife blames me for not having a sex life now and hates how this bent body looks and she kicked me out the bedroom 2 months ago.She been getting drunk and coming into the basement and grabbing it and pulling or trying to make it straight. She is making me wear a traction device she made as a Mechanical  Engineer  and it very painful because I feel scar tissue build up but its keeping straight but it very painful. I'm 48 and will see a urologist next week.I can't take this anymore and feel like going to Mexico or clamping it and leaving weight on it and hopefully it cracks the scar tissue.Somebody is there any help for a 90% bend?

Lot's of ideas on the forums. You will have to read into it and consider your next steps.
There are medicial traction devices than can work if you wear them in a healthy way for a long time.

Please be careful, forcing the traction will cause more damage and likely worsen it.  Traction takes time.  Please read the survival guide fir proven methods and bring back your questions.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

Thanks its frustrating because I was avoiding having sex with her because of the bending. That device she made seemed to have made the problems worse according to my PCP.Thought if you forced it to straight it would break down the scar tissue. She gave me some scripts until I see the urologist.

This is why I can't get my self to commit to a relationship to be honest. Imagine being stuck with someone that is angry at you for something you have 0 control over and surely takes a toll on you even without having her nag you. I'm sorry for this man. But take it slow. And once it's straight give her the best night of her life and divorce her the day later

D, I've been on this forum awhile and this is the only case I've heard of such a spouse.  Don't let that keep you from exploring relationships...

My 1st doctors visit went well and we discussed a treatment plan and hes good one at THE Ohio State University Medical Center.Me and my wife talked it out and both decided on therapy for both...I work from home and since I got this I been drinking and not taking baths or showers to the point I have a bad yeast infection. The doctor will call me.back monday but now I'm getting a good hair trim down there and working in diet to cleanse to get the infection and jock itch plus smell under control.Sorry but the 1st Urologist meeting was a start for a new life...He said give it time and he will do what's best to get this under control but I need to get my mental health and body cleaned up

I assume maybe you mean you have a 90 degree bend instead of 90%. With most treatments it is not likely that you would be that much needed improvement. I think you are looking at surgery to get that kind of a bend corrected. Several people on here (including myself) have had surgery and it was successful. There is a whole section on the forum dedicated to surgery and surgergical procedures.

Certainly surgery is an option including implant surgery especially if you have ANY degree of ED or less firm erections.  It is outpatient surgery so just keep in mind that an implant by a top surgeon is a guaranteed fix.  I would try a few other treatments knowing an implant is your ace in the hole if they don't work.

she made a traction device herself lol? at least she must be highly motivated. you should read up more here about all the ideas that have been studied/tried. heat/IR, verapamil, antinflammatory, anti tgf beta, diets, topicals, VED, ultrasound.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

a fix? for people in their 20ties, this is NOTHING more than humiliation. the average person on the street cannot IMAGINE what insane mental games are involved when you have peyronies at 20. suddenly cancer and all this other crap, they genuinely dont seem so bad anymore. blame society for putting such an emphasis on men being in charge in the bedroom but even better, blame biology because that's what it is at the end of the day. peyronies doesn't suck because you get insulted on the street, it hurts because it literally destroys your sexuality, it destroys you masculinity especially at a young age. like what the actual F~@<. and with cancer you can at least tell people you have it, you get support and its a non trivial disease. peyronies on the other hand is literally the dumbest malfunction in the body one can possibly imagine. its so F^@$!ng stupid. almost like male pattern baldness for example. I would honestly rather have cancer than a severe case of peyronies disease. there is non laughable treatment, people take you seriously, you get emotional and actual support, its not a disease that quite literally destroys your manhood(except penis cancer which is of course even worse). its really a humilliatign experience

Yeah really...how would you even talk to a psychologist/therapist about this?  If I get the formal diagnosis, as I said in other threads, I will just look at it as like being in a wheel chair (which would be worse), but the same in that they cannot have sex and still, many find meaning and joy in life.  Losing our legs as well as our penis would be worse.  I know it is all relative but try watching some of those "How I became paralyzed" YouTube videos.  It kind of puts things in a little more perspective.

I am fairly young too.  It totally sucks.  But being in a car accident and waking up paralyzed below the waist would suck even more.  We can make it, somehow.  Antidepressants may help down the road via a psychiatrist, if you are open to that.

Peter, with a 20 degree curve you have a very manageable case.  The pain is probably making it seem so much worse.  Have you tried ibuprofen and voltaren gel for the pain?  Oh, you're 20-if you've always had the curve it's cogenital and will not worsen.  If it's new, then it's Peyronie's but you can act now and stop any progression and hopefully even reverse it.  I know it can be difficult to be hopeful but it really seems you can turn around—unless the depression keeps you from doing so.  Please hang in there guy.

Ok, if it's a new curve and it's been worsening I'd consider it Peyronie's (which you said 3 doctors confirmed I believe).  Most treatments take 6-12 months to have a good effect and must be fine daily.  Is pick several strategies and implement them consistently-shoot for 9-12 months and hopefully there will be no further progression and even reversal.  If you can't hang in w the treatment it may be your depression which you would then need to treat as well.  Good luck guy and please keep us posted w your plans and progress!

No I have not always had the curve and it's getting worse month by month. I have measured it and noted the results. There is pain too. 20 degree is not manageable at all. Jesus christ I am 22yo and my dick was under 5 inches before all this. I can't jerk off anymore bc of how disgusted I am by my own body. And I'm completely impotent even 10mg taladafil don't produce a good erection. Do you have any idea how that does for the mind? I have been trying to treat it since February and nothing has worked. I don't have the strength and will to continue anymore

Peter, it could be anxiety and depression contributing to Erectile Dysfunction.  I too am anxious and stressed atm and have lost morning erections.  I am pretty sure it is anxiety because I too have dealt with anxiety at different points throughout my life (prior to Peyronie's/Penis issue) and one of the first things to happen was Erectile Dysfunction with me.  Anxiety, stress and depression has always caused me Erectile Dysfunction.
