I know many of you guys are using DMSO, but what has been your results so far? And what do you mix with dmso that has been most effective? I haven't tried it yet, but might in the future.

Everything that is antagonistic to peyronies plaques(mostly calcium/calcification) and has a low molecular weight <1000 g/mol .

Staple: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - cheap, safe, easy to use. Daily as often as possible.
Also, mgcl2 (magnesium) very cheap and safe. Iodine good vs. inflammation. Vitamin K2-MK7, Na2S2O3 (Natriumthiosulfat)
Research and understand.

Add daily traction/VED if not inflamed/sore/injured. Start low time and intensity, increase to 4+ hours - Peyronies plaques gone(for me most after 6 months daily and all after some years).

Melting, you say the plaques are gone and I believe you. Did using DMSO cause the curvature to lessen? And if so, do you have photographic evidence, a before and after?

Plaques, twist, bend and hourglassing gone. Tissue working perfectly. Better than before.
No pictures, no medicinal study no doctors expertise (they suck in germany) no proof but me. I did it for me.

I'm glad I didn't do the nesbit procedure which was the only thing offered to me in germany. That's when I decided to solve it myself. If I had the money and opportunity back then I might've gone for xiaflex, stem cells and other possibilities.

Instead 30€ DIY stuff applied daily 3-20 times for 15 minutes and 4-16 hours of high quality extending and VED(at the end of the day), all for months.  

I kept doing it cause after some days of application I noticed the plaques getting softer and when I stopped they got harder again.
Now that was enough proof for me to keep the faith even in light of 95% of people here, like tony and co, disparaging the use.
Then introduced traction and VED to help stretch the plaques and the tissue around it. Stopped DMSO when I was functioning again. Kept doing VED and extending 1-5 times a week(you will get a bigger dick doing it often and the right smart way).  
Small nodules and slight hourglass remained for some years though. I got rid off it completely with my new way of applying(dmso+x revisited 2019). Like the first time doing it everyday as often as possible did it. Can't palpate any plaque now.

I wish everyone GL and I explained in detail at the thread how I did it. I often have people writing me asking for help but most people don't have the nerve to do it like I did daily, for months. I hope someone can go all the way too.. but maybe, especially in the US(greatest country on earth! EU is crap) there are easier ways to get there with a good doc.

Sorry, what is the new way of applying it? I read most of that thread and all the different mixtures, etc. but don't recall you mentioning a method of application.

I mean with the emulgators/xanthan etc. turning it into an easy to apply solution. I detail it there.  
Back then I had to undress, apply DMSO liquid, stretching my penis horizontally, so it doesn't all drop on the floor, 3+ times 15 minutes a day. That was my suspicion why many failed with going the DMSO route, too cumbersome to do it in the necessary frequency before they notice an improvement.
 
I'm sure a skilled pharmacy or cosmetics guy could develop something much better to use. Cause now people contacting me have problems creating the solution DIY which is now a bit harder than before cause of more steps.. The old one was just 7 parts DMSO + 3 parts water, wait for heat to dissipate and then add ascorbic acid(or whatever) until saturated...(a mess to apply but easy to produce)

Btw. having mentioned Xiaflex, not a theme in medicine, but applying it more frequently would be much more effective.
The plaques have the ability to re-harden, aggrevate and then re-inflame the tissue around them. (of course the injection method is a problem in itself causing inflammation/injury - smaller needles - more often?)
Any "medicine"/substance needs to be(imo) applied as often as possible. The most important part of the DMSO treatment for sure!  

I wish I had big time money back then. I think with daily injections(if possible), some traction and stem cells most cases could be solved fast.

DIY DMSO daily + traction 4+ hours is not applicable for most people.

You can find DMSO gel (70% + aloe vera) at Jeff Bezos'.
Or you can mix your own preparation Castor Oil + Iodine + DSMO in order to obtain a 70 % DMSO mix .

Personaly I've some improvement (over the yearS) but I don't use it every day.
I'm on/off during certain weeks. I mean a wet penis is not pleasant you know.
But some people use it several time a day !

!!! Be aware that you will have a ruddiness at the beginning, if your skin is sensitive !!!
Try a small quantity on a small surface at first.
Don't try over 70% until your skin is not used to that.

It worked nicely but complicates the process of creating the solution in first place.

The first go around when I applied dmso+x it was very annoying.  
Sitting in the bath 1-3 times a day stretching my penis horizontally while applying the drippy solution, then waiting 15 minutes.

melting, when you say "solved with stemcells" further up, where would that be? I mean, in what countries are that allowed for trial etc?
I also believe in its huge power and potential despite its "controversiality";but where would I go if I wanted to talk to a REAL SPECIALIST about stem cells, and it's potential on Peyronie's?

There was a Joe Rogan podcast weeks ago where they laid out several possibilities for stem cells in the US and MX, seemingly readily available, for big bucks of course..
I have no concrete idea about it though.. If I were in the US and had money I would try to get as many xiaflex applications as possible and then get "stem cells" to recover the tissue? lol just a silly fantasy.

There are no doctors using mesenchymal stem cells. I talked to a doc. about this. Cannot recall his name (from Florida) and he had this big study that caused a stir on here that claimed success. And then it was never repeated by anyone ever.

There are a lot of clinics that use "stem cells" but they aren't from a fetus. And they are probably mostly like prp or something. Dr. Lue did some study as well and he found that stem cells migrate away from the site of injection. That is basically the problem (they can't get the stem cells to stay there at the site of injury.) They migrate everywhere and have the potential to give you cancer.

They're not going to do jack squat with stem cells for a loooong time.

Hey  melting. looking to start up with the DMSO application with daily use to address my fibroid/plaques using your initial start with DMSO, Vit C and water. based on your history I am going into this with the mindset that it will be over a year before I see resolution. but I will start with the DMSO for a bit and then come back to discuss traction on another forum bc currently i only have multiple fibroid balls and tension when erect..no issues with ED or any significant curve. but id like to slow or stop progression

However you said you used 90% for most effective. Is that 90% pure or 90% diluted?. I would think I need to dilute mix a bit more with some filtered water, correct?  or is the 30% water in the bottle enough?

Also Im missing a step on how you specifically mix and contain the product. you say to avoid metal and plastic but thats like most containters. I will apply using cotton swabs. Would you be able to provide how you step by step in detail mixed your water and DMSO (what instruments you used to measure the 70 DMSO/20 water/10 VitC)?

As far as the dissolving of the vit C in water...what was the way you warmed up C in water to dissolve..microwave or just using hot water from faucet?

I hope this isnt a ton of questions as I know youre already slammed by the DMSO comments.But im just looking to get started properly with minimal incident in the mixing and applying. I will be purchasing aloe for application after every use. with or without a skin reaction based on the DMSO books guidelines.

99,9% QUALITY DMSO and then diluted.
So that mix 70/30 could already be good and is the most used. 90%(90-10) can be hard to the skin.

I'm pretty sure I had detailed step by step for vitamin C in the DMSO+X thread! (there's a search field you can use top right when in thread - "vitamin C" or "ascorbic acid".
I never used instruments to measure. Just filled 70% of the bottle with DMSO(99% quality) and some water to get heat reaction and then added the "X" supplement later.

Normal water to dissolve the C. I have very good quality water out of the faucet. Might be different in some US city like NYC I imagine.

there are various standards of DMSO eg pharmaceutical, reagent, technical. Then there are the claimed standard vs the actual standard. In US there are sellers claiming  99.995% purity . It's possibly as good as it gets. I don't  know vs mixes with Aloe. You can obviously buy Aloe separately and make your own, then may be even a higher standard of Aloe, then you can also use it separately. I bought one claiming 99.99% in UK claiming reagent quality, but with disclaimers, and who knows it was not also probably repackaged from a bulk buy. It was solid at a cool room temp which is supposed to be a sign of purity.  This was a glass bottle, but DMSO is safe in a common polythene bottle ( the most common type of plastic) (bt not PVC). If we only knew what impurities were likely to be , it might not even matter much.

Ahh interesting. I think in going to go with meltings route and get each separately vs the combos on amazon. Then add some VitC. I just got things to dissolve. Turns out I wasnt using enough water the first trial and for frustrated at the non dissolved Crystal's. But yeah the dmso should be good based on a review based buy. I'm looking at glass bottles but want to make sure the plastic top is comparable. But I'm having difficulty identifying the ingredients in caps. Unless the standard amber bottles have comparable caps than I'm good to order but I'd like to be as specific and to the point as possible for the materials.

maybe overthinking it, I mean when it is an emergency. Only a few plastics interact with DMSO - eg. PVC , these are the soft flexible malleable plastics. It is stored and distributed in plastic bottles. If you mix it with various stuff of course that may change. If you store it with caps upright it won't come into much contact with caps.

Don't risk brining any chemicals, such as in plastic, into penis tissues.

you maybe don't have to worry about any very special bottles, you probably already have some suitable eg. black Marmite jars or cough mixtures.  but they usually have plastic tops so store upright for max reassurance. Dont think dmso is massively light sensitive but sensible to store everything in dark container away from light.

Yeah when I'm on amazon and look at amber bottles with glass droppers, usually there is a softish plastic that is onthe inside to help seal. And when you take the dropper out, sometimes the liquid hits the rim and then when you screw the lid back on, itll come in contact w the lid. It happens with my beard oil all the time. So if there is anyone to tell me a specific brand name that is good for bottling than that would help speed things up to start trying. Bc I've been reading about dmso and am more comfortable with it than when I first read the threads on here. Overall it is a nontoxic substance with no deaths or severe issues. Esp when topically applied. Mainly just the side effects of the burning itching effect.

Some plastics are perfectly fine to use with it. The specific plastics are well known and can be easily researched on google.
I got DMSO in applicable plastics delivered and used several times.

a company could be buying it in bulk from e.g. China in a plastic container and then repackaging it in high quality looking smaller glass bottles. Glass is not expensive.
In the USA there are ads for DMSO emphasizing their superior /certifiable quality /purity etc. and it's in PE which should be OK in principle.

Decisions for or against any Avenue should be discussed with logic and evidence verses emotion. Were all on the same side and have a common goal. Experimentation is the way to go. Tony, you're right. You can never be 100% sure or certain now days where products come from or how they are handled. Some risks that come with the territory. Just like risks with surgery. Surgery isnt a guarantee for pain relief or pathology resolution. Also, thank you for the traction recommendations in my new thread!! I will research those.

Melting, I appreciate all your help so far for me to start the best way I can since you seem to have the fullest grasp and experience. I agree that fear based comments dont add to theory and logic. I can understand annoyance from having success and having people try to go against it. Keep that positive energy going towards helping people on here like myself so I can help pay it forward.

I myself have done and am doing as much research as possible to avoid any surgical activity. I am not taking the dmso route casually but i will give it a go seeing what I've read points to a reasonable attack.

Keep strong fellas. Let's continue to work at this since modern medicine takes forever with alternative treatments outside it's current model. Sx is beyond a last resort. At least for me.

Holistic, its great you're well researching all your options.  Sorry it offends you melting, but I think this is especially important if one considers use of DMSO.  And what's your logic of your statement that I'm making money on any treatment approaches?  And btw, if you read my posts I believe you'll find I'm usually promoting the relatively non-invasive approaches of traction, VED, low dose nightly pde5i and pentox.  All of these approaches have shown some success in research and with many patients-unlike DMSO btw.  Oh, except for melting and one other forum member who report improvement with their narrowing (vs curvature).

Im gathering my supplies and after looking at your post that explains what you did. What do you use to "paint" the solution on?
I was originally thinking cotton ball and putting that in a clothes pin to use to paint like a brush

Sounds good..

I used to sit with a white towel below the penis and "painted" it fully and waited 5-15 minutes. Sometimes "painted" it several times over.
Also did the "thackers formula" style where you wrap the penis with cotton strips soaked.. very messy lol

The purpose of the 2019 DMSO+X thread was to find a emulsion/lotion that is easy to apply. Worked for me, just lotioned it up in the bath or in a robe doing business, no mess no worries of dripping etc.
