Hello everyone,

I realized I forgot to post under the Introduction here, but I'm 33, although have never brought up my curved penis to my doctor, although I feel it may not be Peyronies (I always thought it was since that seemed like it might be the most accurate) but it may possibly may be congenital curve.

I've had a curve as far back as I can remember, although as a kid was always embarrassed when I'd get erections, so from a young age, I always used to tuck it tightly downwards, which very likely caused it to grow and develop the curve further.  (I should have just let it go straight up against my belly, lesson learned, can't re-do that though)  I also had the unfortunate issue of having a medium case of Phimosis.  (I previously would have said severe, but after seeing how much worse it actually could be, as in pinhead sized opening, mine only expanded to about 1cm, unable to expose the glans any more than just a peek at the tip.)  2 different urologists told me I'd require a circumcision, although I declined surgery.  It had relaxed slightly on it's own by the age of 27, although was still unable to pull it back more than 1/3rd down my glans until last year where I became serious about it, and stretched it out gradually over the course of 8 months and was able to 95% correct it.  I'd like to go a little more, but it's got to a point where the gains are very slow.

That plus the strong downward curve has caused me much psychological distress, although after correcting the Phimosis I felt a huge amount of hope that I might also be able to correct the curve.

The curve has caused issues with penetration, as unless I am completely hard/erect, it can "fold" at the bend (without pain, but this makes penetration/sex quite frustrating and challenging, since it simply folds and pops out.)  I've been in a long term relationship of going on 8 years now which has been a source of support, although still never been happy with myself because of the problems.

I had attempted using an X4 Labs device last year, although gave up after only 2 sessions, due to the extreme discomfort of wearing it.  I had found out about the Vaccum traction devices, although the one I had my eye one, Phallosan, was 3x the cost of X4 Labs, so I had given up on it until last week.

I'm now using it, with much more comfort, and am hoping I can now correct this curve of mine, so I can hopefully be much happier and have a more normal penis, after living with the several problems my entire life.
33 years old, Have had a strong downward curve since as far back as I can remember.

Hello,
From what little I know. Sounds like you have a congenital bend. Not actual Peyronie's. Which in some regards is a good thing. (Peyronie's generally worsens over time. You don't have to deal with that.) The only advice I can offer is however you choose to work your penis. Do not strain it. You don't want to damage it in any way. You don't want a broken or Peyronie's disease dick. I had a lovely shaped penis (even if I do say so myself). Now it's dented on 2 parts, bent like a drawbridge and I've lost 40 percent of skin to the right side. Due to incorrect treatment... Really be careful when treating your penis. Good luck. All the best.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

I think I'd go to a urologist specializing in Peyroines just to rule out the disease. They can usually diagnose it on the spot with a simple exam. When in doubt they might do an ultrasound. This is not a bad idea because, if it's not just congenital, early treatment of Peyroines is probably better than working on it later. They might just give you Pentox to slow the progression. They give me that and I took it for a year, then tossed the pills thinking they were just junk. But, they might have helped without me knowing it, because I never got ED from the Peyroines and it got somewhat better on its own. An exam for Peyroines couldn't hurt, just to rule it out.

Ram, there is no treatment for a cogenital curve and no need to worry about it unless it prevents you from having intercourse.  When used in the right position a curved dick can target your partners errogenous zone and be great best sex for them!
