Penoplasty Surgery

Hi, guys! I actually have some interesting things to talk about.
For those of you who have seen my pictures, you know that my suspensory ligament is filled up with some kind of fibrous tissue, causing immobility and a bend, upwards. A very weird/unique case.
I've also had a high erection angle my entire life.
I recently read about "Penoplasty Surgery", where you remove EXACTLY THIS LIGAMENT, to lower the erection-angle, and also allowing your penis to hang fuller in flaccid state.
I'm really considering doing this surgery, it feels like it would help me out to an extremely high degree, where my problems wouldn't be noticeable anymore.
I'm fkn overwhelmed after reading about this; I know that most Peyronie's patients do not benefit from a procedure like that, but I'm 90% I will, because of how unique my case is.
Could someone fill me in here? Tell me what you think, and what a procedure like this would do for me in the long run!
Thank you so much.
- Desmond

Talk to a number of expert surgeons before you would even consider this. I asked Dr. Eid about that and he said if you cut the ligament it sort of like hangs off you like a hotdog attached by a piece of skin. I'm not an doctor so I have no idea what I am talking about, but talk to a few surgeons before you consider.

What do you mean "hotdog attached by a piece of skin"?
I have no idea how that looks

He said it was like just attached by skin and nothing else. Imagine your finger with no bone in it, just hanging by skin. I may be misinterpreting him so please get more opinions. I am not an authority on this. I just chimed in because I had asked Dr. Eid if he did this (cut suspensory ligament) when doing an implant to get more length and he said no.

Appreciate your thoughts, man, but it seems like cutting off a ligament is a no-brainer; since nothing changes (negatively) but the erection angle, which is not even negative to me.
I mean, if I were to do a surgery like this, would my erection angle be straight forward? Or would it just hang straight down, even when it's rock hard? I'm thinking the latter, right?
That means that any position would be possible for all eternity, which is fkn magical to a guy like me.
My suspensory ligament is filled up with fibrous tissue, ultimately immobilizing my erection to a point where I can't push down my erection.
Cutting that ligament off would mobilize my dick again, I just can't see the negative in it?
Other people, please fill me in here.

It may be worth it for you, but another downsize is losing some stability during intercourse.  Some guys here have done it maybe they will weigh in, or search the website for suspensory ligament.

Not too much information, what I've found. How would stability change when the firmness and hardness of the erection is the same??
All I can see is a lady being able to do whatever she wants whit my dick without hurting me, which is all I want lol

Stability at the base is less, think a tree trunks w roots vs no roots.

Ok is see, and what effect would this have on intercourse? If the firmness of the erection is the same?
Seems like intercourse (doggy at least) would only be easier? It's difficult to know tho since nobody here seems to have done it.

Yes sir, I've done exactly that. Turns out penoplasty is MORE COMMON than breast enlargement for women, in 2020! Bet the majority of the people here didn't know about that.
Penoplasty is a safe procedure where they don't even touch the penis-shaft, so the only con would be, like you said, removing the roots from tree aka decreased stability.
I really wish I could exchange words with someone who have had the procedure.

In my honest opinion penoplasty is rarely a good idea. Would I like to gain girth and lenght? Sure, I guess most of us would, especially if you lost size because of peyronies. However, I see too many bad results and men who are unsatisfied with the results. Especially if you already have peyronies I would be very carefull to try such a procedure. Is it really worth it? Maybe in like 30 years from now, but for now I wouldn't do it and save myself some money and a lot of possible problems or unaestetic results.
Age: 25

Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help

It sounds promising if u have a high erection angle, but i would definately be concerned about the healing process. They cut the ligament and then reattach it slightly lower. It doesnt sound like the lypo injection for the girth would be a good idea for someone with peyronies.
