How far can one make it?

Hey everybody! I have a quick question that needs some kind of answer.
I have a 25 degree dorsal curve, a so called "classic" peyronies case where the dorsal side is very flat since the hard scar is keeping the whole tissue on that side from expanding correctly, ultimately causing the sharp bend as well.
My question is;
- How far can you stretch a scar? Is it possible to make it so stretched out that it pretty much works the same as the healthy tissue again? Or is that not a possibility? I know that this is the goal with traction, but is it actually possible? Please chime in on this, I wanna hear your thoughts.

Yes, you can remodel the plaque into healthy tissue with traction.  Best to hit it w multiple treatments simultaneously.

Hey Tony! Does this regard a hard scar too? That is great news if that's the case...
When you say multiple treatments, I'm gonna start both traction and heat therapy as soon as inflammation-phase is over,  to be continued...

By inflammation phase I assume you mean acute phase, if so why are you waiting to add in traction?

Dabbydu, because it seems that as soon as I start gentle traction it only aggravates the scar... I'm focusing on lowering inflammation to a minimum in the meantime instead.

But hey, If you have a hard scar like me, is that even fixable? I mean, i know the soft lumps are much easier to get rid off but it feels like a hard scar won't ever change...
Am I being pessimistic? Or is this accurate? Two soft lumps have disappeared after just 2 months, and I'm thrilled over that. But man, this hard scar, I don't know how "fix" that.
I guess I'll just go berserk and hit with a bunch of treatments at the same time and hope for the best... f*ck this sh*t guys

I think these hard scars are the worst stages of peyronie disease and seem to be responsible for the more severe erectile dysfunction related to the disease. There is also the possibility of ossification of these plates, which would be their final stage where there would be no possibility of reversal. I think that to avoid reaching this stage one should use whatever is possible, especially traction (if not be in the acute phase) which should be done constantly and carefully

54 years, self-induced peyronie
Upward curvature ~40º-50º, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and erect. Multiple plaques, loss of sensitivity, pain sometimes in a flaccid state and always on erection, axial instability and erectile dysfunction

Godisreal

So what? Is my life over then? I'm starting Pentox tomorrow, I'm doing gentle traction from time to time... the scar is not alike the other lumps... The lumps are causing narrowing and are all soft. The scar is on the front side and is causing the bend and decreased mobility.
Is it over for me? I'm under 21 man, and I have a fkn hard scar on my dick...

Dont take this as directed at you. I just hate even hearing the word calcified. The word itself makes me feel sick. Nobody is ever going to be able to definitively answer anything about calcified scars. It is talked about in here like it is certain death. I had Dr. Eid tell me that the only way you can tell a scar is calcified is with an x-ray. And even then, it doesn't calcify at any kind of uniform rate. Some parts of the scar could be and others not. So F^@$!ng tired of this issue. Who cares anyway? What are you going to do differently if it is calcified? Cut off your dick? Is that the end of time? Stupid unsolvable issue. Continue doing traction etc., etc. and move forward. Waste of time to think about how calcified or whatever.

I've had a similar issue. Whatever you do DO NOT TIGHTEN THE CLAMP MORE. you will eventually injure your glans. Sometimes your seating or lying position is most important. Experiment to see if the clamp takes beeter seated with the tip pointed towards the floor. This works better than lying down for me. I found that my penis would shrink a tiny bit before restorex use anticipating the pain. Use VED before inserting your penis to get a bit extra girth. Remember, your penis must be flaccid with no errection before using restorex. The VED HELPED THE MOST before restorex use for me.

Thanks for chiming in, guys. Greydog, what does "tighten the clamp" mean?
I'm kinda uncertain how to move forward. Before I "re-injured" myself I only had soft lumps and no erectile disfunction. Fast forward to the present and now I haven't had a random erection in over 2 months (morning-wood not included). I have narrowing and hard flaccid. I'm mentally shattered. I don't understand how I am here right now, it doesn't make any sense. My life has been taken away from me, and I don't know why and how. I will never lose faith but I feel like my youth is completely f*cked. Two lumps have completely disappeared which means my young body is healing. But the erectile disfunction and the hard scar is killing me. F*ck
Let's say, I stay on supplements + Pentox for 1 year, and then what? All lumps are gone, perhaps? Very likely since I've already got rid of two lumps. But man, the hard scar... can I stretch it until I'm back where I use to be? Or is that impossible? Please, can somebody tell me that a hard scar is solvable? I'm very young and have a very high faith, but today among other days, I just feel lost and scared.

@Godisreal, all hope is not lost for you. I also have a hard lump in the glans area which causes soft glans and weak erections. This lump has been there for many years but with hard work this year it is getting smaller and is probably a third of the size it was earlier this year and erections have improved. I'm also 39 so my stem cells would be much less than yours.

The things I have noticed with Restorex for me is when I use it every day, I don't see any results and erections get worse and it just stays like that but if I only use it twice a week, things improve so for me. I need those breaks for the healing to take place. Also I have noticed my sensitivity gets worse if I use Restorex daily.

Other things that have been crucially important for me is sticking to a meat and veg diet as I notice the lump increase in size if I start having too many carbs. What I have seen the most benefit from for reducing the lump size is intermittent fasting. I'm so skinny that I only do this on weekends and dry fast for about 16 hours and each day on the weekend and see a slight reduction in the lump size each time.

Things that make my lump worse are:

Too many carbs
Alcohol
Masturbation
Using traction every day

Also when I was skinny fat and carrying around too much body fat, my erections were non existent and lump size was at it's worse. Once my body fat was reduced I noticed better erections and less inflammation.

Of course this is just what seems to work for me but everyone is different.
Age, 40's.

Had peyronie's for more than 10 years. Developed glans lump, then had poor erections and soft glans.

Made a lot of progress over the years with diet and avoidance of sugar and high carbs. Still have the lump but it's much smaller now.

Godisreal

Hey man. Thanks for taking the time. But then again, my concern is the scar and not the lumps.
The scar is not like the lumps in any way... think of a straight scar you'd have on your forehead as an example. But in the outer tunica albuginea. You say you have a hard lump, and on your glans too. I really appreciate your thoughts and tips, but I believe our cases are quite different.
I will definitely take your words to the heart and experiment further tho.
Also, I haven't really speculated on erectile disfunction until recently. I realized I can't maintain or achieve an erection while standing and I also have pretty severe narrowing. Not to mention the fact that my erections NEVER hurt... I only experience flaccid discomfort and random sharp pains from time to time. HF has gone from constant to occasionally and lastly I have to add that my dick looks like a newborn shrimp while flaccid nowadays. The only thing that keeps my hope up is that one day I might get my healthy and majestic dick back.

Hard lumps are scars too and at one stage it was as big as the top part of my thumb right in middle of the tunica area blocking blood flow to the glans and couldn't get an erection at all even with viagra 100mg. I also have the issue of the erection going down when standing up but it has slowly been improving and staying up for longer periods. The smaller the lump gets, the better the erections get for me.

Godisreal, are you using a traction device or doing hand traction? Have you tried fasting or low carb diet yet?

@Godisreal. You can get through this. Do not let your emotions overwhelm you. The clamp is the upper part of the device in which you fasten your penis with the click click sound. When you put your glans in here, do not make it to tight (to many tick tick sounds). I injured myself this way and had to stop using Restorex for 6 months! Everyone has a different experience with Peyronies Disease as you can see. Some swear by traction, some by VED. My erectile function has improved a lot since going on Restorex the last few weeks unlike some other posters'. Take it easy and have faith that it will get better.

Appreciate your thoughts and tips, guys. I haven't started traction with a device yet, neither have I started VED. I do gentle traction by hand tho. Other than that I stick with supplements, and I just started Pentox this morning. Since I am young I'm confident my soft lumps will heal and go away. But like I said, the hard scar is what's really causing the problems for me...
When it comes to diet, I go on like usual but with a complete absence from sugar. Curvature is not getting worse and neither is anything else. I really wish I started Pentox earlier but my doctors refused to prescribe me something they didn't believe would work. I believe I am still in active phase even tho inflammation is very low most of the time.
Greydog, is the RestoreX something you would recommend using? Or could a VED be more beneficial for my case? I know it's hard to say but I wanna hear everybody's opinions.
I wanna lay up a plan on how to stretch the scar so far until it has "the same" elasticity as the healthy tissue. I refuse to believe my sexgame is crippled for the rest of my life.

@Godisreal, even if I were a medical professional, I would not be able to give you advice over the Internet! I suggest you visit your urologist and check out the protocols posted on this website. Generally speaking VED and traction therapies are safe to use for most Peyronies Disease cases.

I understand. I'm gonna do everything I can to smoothen up my calcified scar, possibly with a DMSO + X combo. If that works (please God) I will start VED/Traction therapy afterwards.
All this while I'm on Pentox and a series of other supplements. If God wants it, I will be restored.
