Dent when flaccid but not when erect?

Hi I am new to this site. A week ago I had some rough sex with my new girlfriend during which I hit her pelvic bone twice when doing doggie style and felt a dull pain for a few sec but nothing too major. Afterward I been having tingling and mild discomfort in my penis that gradually lessened over this workweek, albeit not complete gone.

Today when I examined my thing I could see what looks like an 1cm indentation/notch (below the glans, on right side of shaft) that's only visible when flaccid and nowhere to be found when erect. Also I could not feel any lump/knot by touching the area, and no curvature/hourglass when erect. Erection has been good as ever.

I am confused as to what I am having here, because as I understand from reading these forums, irregularities in appearance from Peyronie are most prominent when erect? And yet I am experiencing the exact opposite - my thing looks/functions perfect fine when erect but has telltale signs when flaccid.

Has anyone here had the same happened? I am really worried this could progress to Pey if it not already is.

Some guys report their first symptoms of peyronies were in the flaccid state.  It's possible it's early peyronies.  Wouldn't hurt to see a peyronies specialist or just watch closely for any further changes.  Check out the survival guide:  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
