Been using PMP for over 3 months now. Gains and benefits so far in length and girth. But I honestly don't know what to do with a problem that has been developing for over a month now. I ignored it at first, but it is very apparent now.

PMP is crushing the head of my dick. There is a very clear ridge of where the vac chamber presses. And it stays there even long after device is removed. Almost like if you pressed into your arm and dented it, but it just stays that way. And it is getting worse.

Maybe it is just what peyronie's does and is part of a distal wasting, but I don't think so.

I tried all the different sluice sizes. The smallest is too small and with the large it slips out after a while and they break right away. The middle is very tight, but it stays on.

What to do? Are there alternatives here or do I just live with it? Don't want to try noose devices. I hear they are worse.

Thank you, I will not be trying this device.

Perhaps buy the ESL40 and use that glans suction cup with the PMP straps?

Thanks Tony. Might try ESL. Getting a custom vac chamber shipped as well. Just pretty worried that my glans is permanently deformed now. But what can you do?

Would guess a VED would help your head regain it's shape.

Is the ridge from the chamber on your glans or shaft? Below are some tips I have figured out while using the PMP:

  • I have found the best way to use the PMP is to apply only a dab of the lubricant on your glans, wiping any excess off on the inner lip of the sluice ring. Too much lubricant will encourage it to slip out partially, leading to the edge of the vacuum chamber leaving a (in my experience temporary) crease on the glans.
  • Another tip is to do a kegel or jelq a small volume of blood flow to the head prior to insertion in the vacuum chamber. This inflates the glans a bit and helps prevent it from slipping out.
  • Final tip is to make sure you are within the recommended range of tension and not using too much. 2 lbs is the max suggested, which doesn't take much. If you have the spring loaded attachment that comes with the full PMP kit you can play with the spring to get the feel of the tension range, or use a small electronic scale to calibrate your hand.

I really hope this helps! I also second that VED use immediately after taking off the stretcher should help. It takes months and months of dedication, so try not to get discouraged!

Thanks for the help PDTX. Ridge is on glans itself. It has narrowed quite a bit over the last number of months.

Moot point right now as I can't do traction because of pain and being in process of getting xiaflex. Long story.

But I will definitely keep what you said in mind when I am able to get back to it.

I have the PMP, and while I find it does give a good stretch ( I combine with VED too ), I'm not crazy about the glans chamber. I would consider trying a different chamber if it was compatible

I have been considering getting phallosan forte to use aswell as or instead, but I'm not convinced about it's effectiveness for the price. Bearing in mind that my curvature is dorsal, I'm not sure whether the phallosan strapping to the left or right ( and slighly upwards ) would be beneficial. I also find that the PMP gland chamber always seem to want to angle the glans upwards, whocb can't be good for a dorsal curve

TonySA. Do you know whether it's possible to use the ESL40 suction cap with the PMP rod extender? Instead of the PMP glans chamber?

Many thanks

I was able to use the ESL40 and PMP glans cups interchangeably but I used the straps not the rods.

well that at least suggests that they would both fit the rods I guess ? The attachments at the top of them must be very similar if they both work on the same strap connectors

Do you know if they Phallosan Forte works with PMP rods by any chance?

I have exactly the same problem ; used the PMP for three months - either pulls in my foreskin and causes terrible swelling on it or doesn't seem to pull me fully inside the chamber causing ridges on my glans head.
Not as simple as the videos etc from the company suggest.
I see my urologist later this month so will be taking it up with him but I feel I have not had the benefit that I should for the price I paid.

Either try ESL 40 or go to restorex. Or possibly try the mouth suction hose method for the PMP. They say that provides more control. I've never used it myself but is supposed to be better.

Samsung,
Has the deformity in your glans caused by PMP persisted, or has it resolved itself since you first posted?
Did VED help?

I'm trying to select a traction device currently, and I really don't want to do anything bad to my glans!

Yes, but I can't say it definitely was caused by penimaster or would have happened anyway. It has gotten somewhat better over the last few months. I've been using restorex and I think clamping down on it has widened some of the area that was previously narrowed. It might be penimaster and might not. I really don't know. But it has improved slightly.

VED hasn't helped because I can never get the same results on any given day from VED. Most days it just doesn't work and frustrates me so I stop. Plus, after so long in preparation and using the restorex and then maybe doing DMSO I don't feel like getting lube all over myself and doing VED. Frankly I am getting burned out over all of this anyway. My whole life is my dick and I wish it would just fall off most of the time.

Samsung,
So I've been using PMP for the past few days. After one session I did notice a little crease on my glans just next to/parallel with my corona, and also some reddening just behind my glans. This seems somewhat similar to what you've experienced.

It went away, and I haven't seen it since.

I did notice that during the session that lead to this, I was experiencing some slight pain/discomfort that I haven't experienced during other sessions, so now I stop and reattach the attachment if I feel any kind of discomfort near my glans.

I wonder if you experienced much discomfort using the PMP.

Hopefully I don't develop a new deformity from this device.

I really honestly don't know if the penimaster is what caused my glans to shrink or if that would have happened anyway. I feel like the penimaster did it. But who knows? It did do that crease thing like you're talking about. Just keep an eye on it.

Although I did get a crease on my glans, as many have said, it did go away, however, it has left what appears to be a permanent light coloured ring on my glans.

It can be comfortable to use, especially compared to the Andropenis I used, but have always found it difficult to get it on how I like. I can put it on, and get a comfortable 2 hours, then , take a 30 min break. When I come to put it back on, it can slip off, or I cant get the glans sucked in, or too much can get sucked into the chamber and cause excessive swelling by the frenulum......

Just find it very inconsistent, or I have an inconsistent willy !!

Didn't use that device but the biggest problems of this kind happen when you use them for too long at once.

Penimaster is often used and I hear about. Not a bad device in itself I think if used in an optimal way. All these contraptions obviously are cumbersome and due to the desired effect(STRETCHING TISSUE) by DESIGN challenging to wear cause actually stretching tissue beyond it's elastic limit, is not feeling good.

Maybe do more pauses between sets. I sometimes was off with my wrap when using a noose type traction device and could only wear it 20 minutes and then had to remassage and restrap.
I settled with a DIY way of fixating my glans to the 'plastic noose headset', using hair ties and a soft but gripping faric/wrap.
That was kind of alternating pressure points too.

It makes sense that continuous impacts of that kind could lead to plastic deformations over time. It happens to the other penis tissue too(and often desired, like w stretching plaque)

Just following up.

I've been using the tan medium sluice, since I kept slipping out of the larger blue sluice, and the post-traction creases/indentations are a lot more notable. Today I had a crease going across my glans and next to it a raised band that was more pale in color than the rest of my glans. It was raised enough that I could still see it through my foreskin.

It went away, but it probably took like 20 minutes, where previously the post-traction markings would go away in just a few minutes.

This was after two sessions each just shy of 2 hours, with maybe a ten minute break between sessions.

I think I'm going to scale back to 90 minutes or an hour and 15m and give myself a solid 20m between sessions and see if it has less of an impact on my glans.

Really hoping this doesn't have a persistent effect like what happened to Samsung.

Also wondering if anybody has noted that VED has helped with this. I get the logic of it, but I wonder if anybody has actually noticed that it helped.

Thanks all.

My glans rebounded a slight bit since then. And I cannot say that it would not have shrunk in size just due to disease process. I can't prove PMP did it definitely.

I can't imagine how you guys wear these longer than an hour. Always lost blood circulation at that point, getting cold and discolored, so strapped out, massaged and shaked it for 2 minutes and back in.

I could've worn it 2 hours but that would be with a tension that does nothing..

melting - I have tried both Andropeyronie and Penimaster Pro, and there is a huge difference. When I used the Andropeyronie with the noose attachment, I would be in pain after 2 hours and the head of my penis would be purple and numb. I just did the PMP for the first time for 2 hours and it felt totally fine.

Bro seriously,

If there's pain and discomfort. Just stop using the device. Give yourself a few days break untill the indentations go away. Then reasses your forward treatment plan. Even if you have to switch to a different device. It's better then suffering a second injury to your penis. (After peyronie's).
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
