Could I get an opinion on my penile curvature? (Picture)

I'm a 20 year old guy who've had a cognital curvature for as long as I can remember. It's about 40 degrees to the left and upwards.
I can get a nesbit procedure done but am afraid of losing too much length or losing sensitivity.
I have never had sex so I'm not sure how easy/hard it would be to have intercourse.

Here is a picture of my errection (NSFW obviously): /

I would like to get some opinions of people who've had sex with this kind of curvature. Should I try to have sex first before undergoing surfery? I'm very self concious about it.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum. As you say you have a congenital curve (not peyronie's) and I think certain positions might/will prove awkward, however you are far too young to be considering surgery before trying to be intimate with someone. And if you are intimate then don't fear rejection as that person may have their own issues they are dealing with. Your penis looks very healthy otherwise, and it should do so at your age.

If it bothers you at a later stage you may want to try traction of some sort but DO NOT RUSH into anything immediately.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah I'm afraid of girls thinking it's weird or making things akward because of difficulties with certain positions.
I spoke to an urologist about this and he made it very clear that traction will NOT work for me since it's 100% congenital.

Be careful with urologists, maybe after pushing surgery, use your penis with someone first and take it from there, generally you should get a second urologist opinion thereafter.

You're partners will appreciate your penis.  It's built for intercourse.  In the missionary position you're going to be directly stimulating a woman's g spot or mans prostate!  Go out and enjoy it when you're ready. Here's an article on the benefits of a curved penis:  https://www.lybrate.com/amp/topic/benefits-of-a-curved-penis-over-a-straight-one/b9e9d11da2824c28ec20c1cea59a7214

I am not sure if you are still around and watching this topic Sam but girls will like that curve.  Be confident and let then know you they are getting a more than a boring run of the mill penis. How you present is EVERYTHING.  An upcurved penis can stimulate the very most sensitive parts of a woman's vagina, especially in the missionary position or with her on her back on the bed and you standing.  Be VERY careful about letting a girl on top straddle of you (Cowgirl).  Tell them you don't do that except with the one that promises to live with you and your dick for life.  MANY guys are here for injuries in that position and your curve makes it more risky for an irresponsible female to come down on your penis and cause a fracture.  Take care of what you have got.

Rather than considering surgery. I think you will learn to work magic and be the one they never forget.

I agree with Hawk,

Remember that congenital curvatures do put you at risk for damage and even Peyronie's,

It is my STRONG opinion that one SHOULD do traction for congenital curvatures, despite the common idea that somehow only surgery works to correct it. That is absolute nonsense. Traction lengthens the penis, and will lengthen the shorter side the most. I have a congenital curve and traction for one hour dramatically corrects it, even just one session. This takes the pressure off my old scar areas.

Neo, you say 1 hour manual traction per day, or with a dispositive?
I've seen your video on heat, as well, and wanna know if you do traction before or after applying the sock, and also, fow how long
you leave tha rice sock in?
thanks

I do it by hand, 30 minutes to an hour a day (but slowed down these days).

Heat before traction, heat maybe 30 minutes a day. Heat up the sock and apply it until it cools, then do traction. Then heat up the sock again, and repeat this process. You can alter heat, traction, heat, traction for an hour or less is fine.

With traction, more time is better generally. With heat, don't over do it. It's very powerful but I would limit it to 30 minutes a day or so. Even less is okay but makes sure that you actually DO IT. It's so easy to simply try traction, heat, or VED. You need to actually do it. The same goes for diet and fasting or keto, since you will get WORSE if you break a fast with carbs or half-ass keto. Your Peyronie's will get worse unless you really give this your all, at least this is my experience.

Do you have studies to back this up? Because I am sure this is a worrying quote for the 95% of people on this forum who are not rocket scientists studying ketosis and having a perfect diet. That takes A TON of time consuming work. Cooking every meal, spending an inordinate amount of time online studying paleo and keto and blah, blah.

Knowing "it will get worse" unless you're perfect in this diet is not comfortable to hear.

I fasted for 2 days recently. When I broke the fast, I had some carbs, because I was seriously ill.  I had diarrhea and felt like garbage.

So now, because I had carbs after not eating for 2 days, I am going to hell? Phuck that.

It all ends in an implant anyway.

And... Samsung graces us once more with his presence! I thought you made your last post on the other thread just a few days back? What made you change your mind? Do you like us after all or what?

Know what? I apologize to everyone else here except for pfract. This absolutely will be the last time I reply to him. No matter what he says. This post was put here in order to help others. I refuse to participate in an argument with a fool. So I apologize to everyone else here for continuing any b.s.

Well, at least you have the decency to apologize to the other members for your conduct. I know mental health is nothing to play with. Who knows, maybe later you will apologize to me to?
