What is penile reconstruction surgery?

Urologist recommended it. Not that my insurance covers it anyways. How much does it cost? What exactly will they do? I will never consider an implant I think it's stupid and I don't want a fake dick on me.

I wish you could rent implants to take them for a test drive  I am pretty certain you would change your mind and would NEVER consider reversing the procedure even if it was painless and instantaneous. You have every cell of your genitals after an implant that you had before an implant.  The cavernosa still get engorged with fluid to give you a hard-on.  Granted, you have a foreign body the size of a 3rd testicle in your scrotum that can be felt but it looks natural and only makes your scrotum look a little fuller.
