Keep taking it, it works but takes awhile to really stop the inflammation and cure some of the damaged tissue. I'm on two pills per day now, I will go up to three soon, but the side effects seem to marginally increase more than going from one pill to two. At three per day, it causes moderately bad dry mouth, and causes me to take a crap twice per day. At two i barely feel anything, although if u work out u might notice it makes you feel out of breathe sometimes, I don't know why that is. Overall its tolerable, and effects everyone differently, but most importantly it works, get on it, stay on it, I'd say even longer than six months.
