You must have some really tough plaque and/or calcification. Worked for me and many others. You have had 10 injections? Are they painful? Painful would mean the doctor is getting the needle in there good. Does the doctor do any harsh modeling to work the medicine in? Mine did that after each injection. Really cranked down on it. I think that really helped me. The modeling the patient does is very important. 3 times per day. Other than that I don't know why yours isn't responding to the injections. Doctor give you any feedback as to why its not working?
This too is the same with any other medicine. Can work for some. Not work for others. You never know until you try. I think the last resort is Surgery

I'd rather not out my doctor, hes very well respected. I guess I'll go up to 8
Rounds , if nothing then surgery.i wish I had just gotten it done from the beginning. The psychological aspect of this situation is becoming unbearable....depression ect.

PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.

Oh yea. 4 hrs a day or more. I've been doing traction for about 15 months . Id like to know what it feels like to have the permanent sutures in, with the plication surgery. If anyone out there has had plication , was it worth it?
This xiaflex stuff feels like a sham, a very expensive sham.

Yes I did, mainly due to serious complications from Xiaflex (vein rupture/fracture).  I just wanted it over with.  Still recovering but wouldn't change a thing.  I don't knock Xiaflex, as some have had good results.  Just not me

And I wouldn't suggest surgery over injections.  It truly is a personal decision.  I never thought I'd go the surgery route.  I wanted Xiaflex to fix everything.  It did not, but that is my journey and not anyone else's.  Do what is right for you

Yes I would say the surgery was worth it.  I am still healing so I am not completely out of the woods yet.  I am still numb and sore at grafting site, but have gotten most of my length back and I am straight.  I had excision/grafting and Plication

That has to be a great feeling to be straight again Tdix. Most men dont know but women sensitivity ends at about 3 inches deep. I wouldnt worry about how long it is. The thing will get the job done

I'm not worried, as I am in a 25 year relationship with a loving woman.  But to have a certain length and lose it is a guy's worst nightmare.  Yes, we will never be hung like a porn star, but when you feel confident with what you have and see it shrink over time it affects you. I was never one to break out the ruler and be proud I was "x" length.  I was happy with my body, and women were as well.  When you see that slowly go away is when the fear creeps in.  When will it stop?  Yes, I had surgery, and afterwords I was shorter, and that worried me.  I am slowly getting back to my old self, and if it doesn't happen I am content that I made decisions that only I could make....on my own body

Bent though is even worse. Cant get in there or it very difficult. I think you made the right decision. I dont think it will get any worse. You have got the hard part over with. Now time to heal up and get to screwing :D

JFriction, feel free to PM me if you want.  I am open to anyone here to share my journey.  To go through so many treatments as you have is commendable.  I wish I could have.  It is not fun.  Neither is surgery, but I wanted it over with.  I didn't want to worry every month about another possible complication.  Plus the monthly ritual of wrapping, swelling, bruising, pain, etc....  I am here for you if you want to talk
