Helo implantaded guys my main worry with implant is arousal pattern becouse with healthy dick you know when you are getting erection and getting aroused which than procedee to getting more erection and more arousal,how is the situatuon with implant?are you more aroused when erect?can you orgasam from slowly and long stimulation when you are burning from lust?thanks!

When I am getting aroused, I feel as if I have an erection.  I suppose it is the corpus sponge filling.  Once I then pump up, the sexual arousal, orgasm and ejaculation is now the same as prior to implant.

XYZ, you asked a good question that is very understandable from someone without an implant, and it deserves a thorough response.  I learned much when I went from the owner of an utterly unstoppable multiple orgasmic penis to TOTAL Erectile Dysfunction overnight.  My sudden Erectile Dysfunction was the initial results of a prostatectomy.  I took many things for granted all my life before that day.  I also had many misconceptions.

I learned that just because we often progress from getting aroused, followed by an erection, and then achieve a powerful orgasm, does not mean that these systems are dependent on each other or that they must happen in that order.  Right after my surgically induced Erectile Dysfunction, I would engage in foreplay.  I was very aroused and felt like I surely had an erection only to be shocked when I would reach down and feel a totally flaccid dick.  Even after years of Erectile Dysfunction, I used to check because I could not believe I did not have an erection.  I will skip all the psychological impact this had and say I was equally surprised when I found out I could have an orgasm that was more powerful than before Erectile Dysfunction and that I would have that orgasm with a totally flaccid penis.  

The takeaway from that is that arousal is usually not preceded by an erection.  More often arousal is preceded by something like erotic thoughts or touch, then we get an erection. When I had Erectile Dysfunction, I used to wish I could curb arousal because it was maddening to walk around perpetually aroused and not be able to get an erection.  There are probably times when an erection does precede any conscious thought of arousal.  These are times that we might start thinking about sex because we have what seems like a spontaneous erection.  I find very little that has changed between when I was in my natural prime and now.

I often get aroused either by my thoughts or by some hint of touch or intimacy.  Those men that had partial Erectile Dysfunction before an implant still get the beginnings of an erection.  They then spend 30 seconds inflating their penis or inflate it a few seconds at a time in stages.  Men that had total Erectile Dysfunction before an implant do the same when they feel aroused and intend to have sex.  Once they pump up, it feels to them like they have an erection precisely because they do have one.  It may be an erection caused by saline engorging all of the natural chambers of their penis rather than blood engorging the natural chambers, but your penis and all of the associated nerve pathways cannot tell the chemical make-up of the fluid that is expanding the penis.  It feels to my dick just like what it is, a hard dick.

In the early months after my implant, I would pump up my penis when I was not even slightly aroused (although sex is never that far from my mind).  I did that to make sure I obtained maximum size during healing.  Though I started out without being aroused, it felt like I had a natural erection and walking around nude like that would often result in arousal and sexual thoughts.

Just a couple more points, I am more frequently aroused now than before my implant because with a Titan implant I have a significantly larger deflated penis.  It is over 6" as opposed to probably 4 1/2 inches before the implant.  It also has more girth than my flaccid dick had.  My larger flaccid penis often noticeably rubs against my pants when I briskly walk.  Even though it is far from fully inflated, it feels good, and I have to push arousing thoughts from my mind.   The other thing is that my wife confided in me once when we were a bit annoyed with each other for a couple of days that every time she came in the bathroom and I was nude, that seeing my penis hanging so accessible and larger than my pre-implant flaccid, made her want to just reach down and grab it (which she did)

I have not had sex yet, I have my appointment with my surgeon next Tuesday, and he specifically told me, no penetration until I tell you it's ok.
But I have been aroused a lot. Interesting, but I still get morning wood, not like before of course, but I get morning feelings in my penis. I reach down and its deflated position it still feels semi aroused.
Also if I get intimate with my spouse, the intoxicating smell, the soft touch, I am aroused. Of course I am always now walking around with a half erect penis. Actually it is always at 3pm on the hang scale still. From what I understand it will eventually relax more.
So it doesn't effect my brain in a negative way, my arousals are still strong.
I even get aroused sometimes when my penis shifts, etc.
I can't comment on the sex part yet, but I hope to soon. In the meantime, I feel good about my choice, and I know when I am fully pumped, this new penis of mine is like my 19 year old super hard penis.
When it finally happens that I can penetrate, I will......

Thank you guys for replay, i assume a lot of peyronies is mental and dealing with this depends of mental state of specimen, for sure for having uninterrupted arousal you must love your cock and be confiednt, im sometimes like that and sometimes not, i am horny when im with my girl and when im focused on her but when alone my ed kicks me in my brain.. i will qoute one ft member and you can tell me is it same with you QOUTE "I understand you very well. The woman was complaining about his lack of caressing which has NOTHING to do with an implant, Erectile Dysfunction, or a natural hard dick.  It has to do with knowing how to make love.  He says now that we had dick our goal is to hammer continuously ?  What does that even mean?

He says women like to feel a penis get gradually harder in their mouth.  No woman ever felt me do that because from the time I was a teenager my penis was rock hard by the time my pants were off if I was going to have sex.

Facts:
No partner can tell the difference between an inflated implant (properly installed) and a natural erection by look or feel.  I would not be able to tell just by examining a penis.
I could tell if I examined the scrotum by feel, NOT by visual examination.
There is not one slight bit of difference in the sensation of an implanted penis for the man that has it or the partner that he is with.

Those are NOT opinions.  They are the plain simple facts.
