Hi everyone,

where to begin. Life has been a product of bad choices i guess. I have been suffering from ED for good 5 6 years now ( I am 31 now). and all this time I dont know why i did not take any action about it. I still dont know what i was doing all these years. Last year when I got pain during ejaculation and bumps and bit hourglassing while flaccid, I got to know what i may have done with my penis. Long story short, I have been on nofap for almost a year and have nt started treatment yet.

I just want to know is my ED somehow recoverable . Has there been a case where a 5 odd year long ED gets fixed somehow. I only have 6 odd months because I am getting married so its either make or break. If I somehow can fix it to some level, otherwise lives will be ruined.

My plan of action for tese 6 months.

Cialis or Viagra
Watermelon
gona try 100 mg pisticho diet for three weeks (read a paper about it)
manual traction by hand.

Is there anything else I can add to this. I really need to get some action going in such small period of time. Any help would be highly appreciated.

The first thing you need to do is go to a Doctor and get a complete physical examination. Maybe he or she will refer you to a Uroligist

Unless it's psychological ed, it will never fix itself or get cured. You need to treat it. With whatever works best for you. Of the things you mention, Cialis sounds great. I agree with a full examination on your condition. Ed can be a sign of other conditions.

I did see one study that actually reversed the ED in many men (ED due to prostate surgery).  50mg viagra nightly for 6-9 months.  Again, not used for sex each night-but to treat the ED.

I have read studies where people have treated and reversed their ED. It all depends what the root cause is.

Would def go see a doc get the ultrasound and ask them to also check for venous leak. Also get your testosterone levels checked.

Cialis daily may help a lot.

I had previously been to urologist and they did the ultra sound but said nothing seems to be wrong. But still 5 to 7 years for ED does seem to be a permenent issue. I will go to urologists again and this time I am willing to do whatever it takes .

Right now experimenting with pistiacho diet and strachting. will keep on posting as soon as i start taking viagra or cialis.

Also if you could tell me what is a venous leak and what kind of a test is used for that?

I live in germany so If I know the test name I can directly ask the doc for that test.

The lower part of the back CAN Cause ED. The Lumbar region. Compression of nerves by disk etc. You might go to a Chiropractor  to get x-rays and an adjustment before you start popping pills that can cause side effects. This since the doctors can't find anything physically wrong with your penis. You don't have to feel back pain to have back problems. Many don't think about this aspect of ED. In the USA Viagra and Cialis are expensive. You need a doc script. Smoking and/or other drug use can cause permanent ED

Just read about your ED.
Definitely run, don't walk to a urologist that treats ED. and be very clear about what the problem is. Ask them to do a blood test too to measure your testosterone level.
My thought is if you have had ED for a number of years and it hasn't been at the top of your list, perhaps your FREE testosterone is low.
It's very important to find the right urologist, so be sure to find out, if they do FREE testosterone testing, as opposed to just a testosterone blood test. I was suffering for years before I found the curious urologist that said " wait, your primary care doctor only tested your regular testosterone and not your FREE testosterone. There is no magic bullet, but this was a part of my treatment. Good luck.

I tried Tribulus a couple of times. Suppose to free up more testosterone. Seems to work, BUT it caused me hair loss and Prostate inflammation. Says on the bottle that is can make BPH worse. No doctor has offered to check my free testosterone levels. I need to ask them about that

what really pisses me of is that fact that humans have evolved so much and we see progress in every field. Standards and norms have been formed for almost every aspect of life yet for young guys who are out there, who maybe immature or just lack information, there is no proper way of convaying this important information to prevent them damagining what seems to be the most important organ and your whole life.

I hate the fact that I have spent this time in ignorance. Definitly my fault but during those 5 7 years, i did go to couple of urologists and they all said you are young we dont see a problem just excercise and eat healthy you will be fine.

and here i am. 7 years later. Still unable to get it up. now with pyronie and painful ejaculation. So now there are two battles. Getting errection fixed and thn being able to ejaculate normally. I am scared to death about the future.

I agree with your feelings of being pissed. Sadly because dicks and sex is not openly discussed, we are left to try to get help and not succeeding. If I had only known about cures, etc. But once again, if only....
I think it's ok to be pissed, but this day forward just try to move forward and if something doesn't seem right or you are not sure, post your concerns on here. I have found that most everyone on here is willing to help. They may not always understand  everything you post, because messages can sometimes be confusing, but in general, I have found this group talks about everything.

As you have mentioned is perfect but I think you have to talk with urologists because of how much doses you need proper guidance of doses and in some medications, there are some side-effects have also mentioned so take care of them.

You did not give much information about your Erectile Dysfunction.
1. Can you ever get an erection?
2. Do you get partial erections?
3. Did this come on suddenly or gradually develop?
4. Did you ever have very strong, long lasting, frequent erections?
5. Do you have any idea what triggered it?
6. have you tried any solutions such as medications, cock ring etc.

This could be psychological, low testosterone, venous leakage, nerve damage, or several other issues or a combination of issues.  Men rarely totally reverse from total Erectile Dysfunction to fully functional without drugs, injections, or an implant.

You need a very good urologist that has a real interest in male sexual dysfunction and not just in treating men and women's urinary tract issues.

Now about honesty and your relationship.  Unless I missed something in another topic, you cannot marry someone that you have not even been psychologically close, open, and honest enough with to share your situation.  If you are planning marriage, I can only assume you love this person and care for their welfare above your own. It is unfair and selfish to let this progress closer to that date and then either blindside her with the last minute cancelation of a wedding or worse, let her find out on your wedding night that you are not able to have intercourse.  

It might be that after long serious talks and thought that this person is willing to go forward and help you work on possible solutions but they must be informed of the reality.

PS: You can be pretty certain that if nothing else works, that a successful 3 piece inflatable implant by a great high-volume surgeon will completely resolve your problem.

First about my ED. a side note (I know only now that I have always had a little dowards bend since I have known.) For past 5 odd years I have been suffering from ED. It has moslty been so that errection is weak and the head of the penis stays soft so even errect, penetration was not possible. and all these years I have been masterbating so i guess it may have made it worse. ( I had have not had noctural emission for almost 10 years).

Than this one time I experienced severe painduring ejaculation. So much so that i could not dare trying again for a while. I treid couple of times but this ejaculation pain was also there. So I stoped masterbating for the first time in my list at the age of 30. It has been one year that I have not masterbated at all.

Changes: I now have regular noctural emissions. I thought i would never have one after seeing nothing for 10 years but now i do ( thats how i know it still hurts while ejacuation because it hurts in sleep too during orgasm).

I wont say I dont have any ED proble now but i know for a fact that I have experince errections, mild morning errections for the first time in my life after many manyyy years. But the head is still soft. Plus i get an errection and it goes limp within few seconds if i move or do smthng.

I have never even tried any therapy, medication or any other option at all. Waiting one year of no fap at all has given me some hope  ( reappearence of noctural emissions, weak to mild morning wood, bit of rigidity ). So now I want to know if there is anything i could do to maybe fix it and have a normal life. (I had given up on life actually so never cared to fix it).

regarding the girl. Ofcourse I do love her and maybe she is the reason i wanna get everything fixed and am interested to life again in general and under no circumstances i can think of ruining her life so . All i need to know is weather I can fix it in one year ( we are engaged marrying next year). I hate mayself for not trying before but maybe this is my last chance in life.

Yes, you must likely can.  Get to a good urologist ASAP.  As Hawk says, last option (but a good one) is an implant. Works everytime, on demand, for as long as you want!

Surely there has to be some kind of treatment that should work for me. I am 31 , slim build and dont have any other medical condition that i know off.

Thanks guys I will keep posted. Since my appointment is in 10 days , I was thinking of ordering Cialis online (This way i could also tell my uro without having to wait for other appointment, how cialis is working for me) . Any recommendations on the doses? Daily ? How much? what mg?
