[uHello all[/u]

So I'm a brand new 31 yo to this as the title says and am looking forward to going over the forums. I've read the survival guide and everything else so let me explain my situation.

My Ex bit my penis a little bit about a year ago, not sure if it was an accident, but left a small little mark on it for a week. Eventually noticed some pain a month or so down the road and had difficulties with erections. I have a sort of hard flaccid symptom sometimes and mild pain in the left side of the penis, as well as some mild persistent pain in my left testicle. I've seen a urologist and he couldn't seem to find any lumps in my shaft when flaccid, nor could I, though when I'm hard I think I can feel very small hard lumps where the pain is on my penis, which is right around where the bump is. I have noticed a slight loss of girth and a very slight bend like maybe 5% or less. Penis gland doesn't fill up like it used to unless I'm taking viagara or Cialis. Takes some time to get an erection sometimes, don't usually get morning wood. This has gone on for maybe half a year.

So if this is the acute phase of Peyronie's that I'm going trough what can I do to stop it?

So far this is what I'm doing: Taking testosterone boosting pills with DIM (mostly for working out), Q10 200mg, Serrapeptase 120000 SU, Nattokinase 100mg. I have gotu kola, ginkgo biloba, l arginine but don't take them at the moment as they made my extremities cold it seemed. Though no matter what the area that I have pain and glans of my penis seem cold when flaccid anyway. I may have lost a half inch since I last measured years ago but I don't mind that too much as much as the annoying pain. Really I just don't want this bend to get worse. I was on the keto diet for a bit but it seemed to me anyways to make blood flow to penis worse. Perhaps I wasn't on it long enough to get into the swing of it though. Is there any proof keto works for this?

I live in Canada and was referred to a more specialized practitioner by my urologist in Toronto. Unfortunately it's like a year waiting list so I want to know if there is anything I can ask from my doctor before things get worse. Maybe you guys can fill me in a bit more to prevent any of this from even becoming a thing!!

Thanks a bunch, hope to hear from you all.

You shouldn't be in the acute phase any longer.  But to address the mild bend & plaque and loss of length I'd consider adding low dose nightly PDE5 inhibitor, VED (or traction if you prefer).  For the pain, Pentox, ibuprofen, or diclofenac sodium gel have helped many.

Thanks a lot TonySa for the advice. I guess that's kind of comforting to know hopefully I might not have it. I bought a bathmate VED just now it's supposed to be better than a standard vac pump as it applies pressure more evenly with water so I'll try it out tonight. I have Cialis but I'll try for the nightly pde5 inhibitor. I also just got prescribed Ativan and noticed that helps sometimes if I don't overdo it.

If anyone has any more advice I'd like to hear it. I tried to change my profile info on my account for my signature like it says but it doesn't seem to work on my phone 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Also any advice for my vacuum water penis pump I've never used one before.

Cialis is a PDE5i (like viagra and levitra).  Try 5 mg nightly + bathmate.

You need a complete blood work up. This should include a check of your testosterone levels(done 2 separate times) because it can fluctuate.  Ya before you jump into this trying things, your need to be diagnosed with Peyrones first. You either have plaque or you don't. A doctor should be able to feel it. If you don't have plaque then you have some other type problem. At 31, you shouldn't be having erection problems unless you are a smoker. Other than that it could be mental or some other type ailment like testosterone. These things are verifiable

Thanks Bubba dawg!

I went to my urologist and he seemed to think I didn't have it so it may be another issue, he felt no plaque at all. Sometimes when I'm standing it gets flaccid hard and there is a little pain at the top left corner where it's slightly turning in. Used my bathmate for the first time last night and my penis is looking and feeling more normal today, but wasn't able to get an erection by using the bathmate, not sure if I'm supposed to or not.

I'm in line at the hospital and going to get the old finger up the bum just to be sure as I've had blood when I wipe and internal pain. Sometimes feels like the muscle between my balls and anus freezes right up with pain if I get in a weird position. Hoping it's not a prostate issue but when I was younger I did eat a little bit too much smoked horsemeat...

Anyway wish me luck. I've never hadanything  up there since my highschool girlfriend played me like a trombone in the shower so this might turn out to be an interesting Friday.

You could have an anal fissure with that bleeding and pain going on

Hemorrhoids can also be quite painful.

Please don't take CIALIS at 50mg - he is confused with Viagra - Cialis is used at 2.5,5 (Daily dosages) and 10/20 (as needed dosages)!!!

Good catch jj21. That would have been a bit much.

On another note I've noticed that the places were I've had a bit of irritation on my penis get really cold when flaccid. Not sure if this is what you guys had in the acute phase or not but just thought  it should be noted.

Thanks guys.

The coldness could be due to lack of blood flow. Can try heat therapy and/or traction/VED.. Best to see the uro and get the ultrasound first though just in case you have something else.
