I have a downward curve penis and it also has shrunk. Went to an Urologist and he prescribed Viagra to give better blood flow and the ability to get stay hard for sex. He said my only 2 options wold be shots in my penis or surgery. It has affected sex with my partner as I do not know which is best for my curvature. Can anyone give me some advise.

Hi,
I read the article and learned some things that maybe you can advise. The Urologist did not say anything about taking Pentax, only Viagra. He also did not mention the VED or Traction as well. The only thing was the shots in my penis or the last resort surgery. Do you take the Pentax and has it helped. Have you also tried the Tension and/or the VED. If traction do you have any recommendations.

Hi, use of a VED or/and Traction does help in most cases.

I'd at least consider adding traction or VED and if possible low dose nightly PDE5 inhibitors.  For traction the suction cup vs noose types can be worn for longer times each day which is key to improvement,  ESL40 is inexpensive and many like the peni-master pro.  new on the scene is the expensive restorex device.  Early research is promising and can be worn for 30-90 minutes a day only which is prob due to increased tension and ability to bend against the curve compared to the other devices.
