How to stretch , need advice

Hi guys how are you doing .

I got an hourglassing shape two years ago my erection dropped to 80% , it seems my penis is not filling completely with blood wich seems that i got a plaque , i tried stretching before and it gave me a stretch mark with no improvement in the dent .

i have read a thread that says i should stretch with at least a semi erection with hand on the base and the other behind the glans , im wondering what is the right method to stretch to elminate the dent and transform the plaque to a healthy tissue .

right now im taking vit e , pentox , cialis(tadalfil) .

I am not sure hand stretching is a great idea. Seems pretty easy to injure yourself further if you get it wrong. Have you thought about vacuum or traction?

Hand stretching is far superior to a device. With your hand, you can stretch at different therapeutic angles as well as adjust the tension quickly.

Devices are clumsy.

Studies have shown the longer traction is worn each day improves the degree of improvement.  One just cannot stretch by hand for hours at a time.

That is probably true but I would feel the temptation of wearing such a device for too long per session, if you do be very aware of temperature of your cock because the glans (especially) should never get cold.
I suppose if you applied a heat pad whilst wearing a traction device may help.

I just like hand traction myself, each to their own, different strokes for different folks  :)

I made a video on why this is possibly not true, or included this topic in my "Why You Should Do Traction" video. Also, you CAN stretch for one or two hours straight by hand, I do it pretty often. There may be a difference between a static stretch and a dynamic/re-initiated stretch by hand.

About being semi-erect, in my case being semi-erect is OK, but I do not advice it. Traction should be done flaccid.

Lying supine (on back) I can get my arm under one leg then apply stretch using an overhand OK grip for long periods, 10+ minutes then change leg and hand to avoid fatigue.
You need to incorporate calming breathing techniques (I do) to ensure I remain totally flaccid, a slight erection should be okay. I also sometimes incorporate a fulcrum, seems like using a fulcrum has (slightly) increased my girth  :)

I was very skeptical of NeoV's routine. But the results I got from it were much better than from the PenimasterPro, which gave me paraphimosis after 2 hours. Scary stuff. Thankfully it disappeared.

I only do it for 10 minutes max (NeoV's routine). I will experiment with an hour. Maybe while I watch a movie or something - lol.

I don't see how even an hour or two compared to six+ Hours when wearing a strap with suction for glans while you are also able to do other activities compares..but I'm sure still worthwhile if it's ones preference.
