I have had Peyronies Disease for about 14 months now. I have noticed that the plaques that have formed in my shaft have changed over time. I also want to say that they have moved? When my Peyronies Disease first started I had two plaques, one just below the head of my penis, on top. The second on top closer to the start of my staff (closer to my body). I have been doing massage and stretch while flaccid and erect and have seen some improvement. Currently, the plaque is more on the sides of my penis at the about the same position as the first plaque, just now on both sides. They haven't made my penis curve sideways, but they have decreased the girth and have made a bit of a bell shape. The two original plaques feel like they have disappeared. I really can't feel them like before. Has anyone else experienced this? I am curious.

I don't believe plaques can move.  See the survival guide for more info: Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums
However, one plaque may have healed while developing another-appearing as it may have moved.

Ten minutes ago, I did not have scar tissue that was palpable except for a small nodule under the head of my dick. But now, I feel a peanut sized one toward the bottom near the top base. It is very large. I can feel it without touching it.

I am terrified of the changes it has probably made to my dick. I do not want to get an erection as it will cause me to kill myself immediately if it is different than before.

This disease can be quite distressing and result in depression.  Do you have a doc or counselor to help w depression?
