I was thinking of doing the heating pad + castor oil  before going to sleep to improve my peyronie's.
And some supplements I was thinking coq10, vitamin E, acetyl L -carnitine, L -arginine and vitamine E those seem to be the most recomended.
Is there any difference in cold pressed, Jamaican or regular castor oil?
the Jamaican is double the price and the cold pressed is about 10 x the price (but supposed to be much more effective)
I was thinking of getting a small 100 ml cold pressed bottle and mixing it with coconut oil.

First I was thinking of getting a VED or traction device but i'm a little scared of misusing the device,
especially the VED and injuring my penis even more.

Are there any recommended Heating pads specifically for the penis?
I tried using a washcloth but it went from too hot to not hot enough very fast.

Also, is it recommended to just heat up and apply the castor oil and massage it or use a castor oil pack instead? or both?

Would also like to hear some succes stories using this treatment. :D

I've been using organic cold pressed castor oil before I go to sleep for a while and I use organic coconut oil in the morning. I did notice slight improvements from using the oils but I don't know if it was a direct or indirect effect.

You should get a traction device, I'm thinking about buying one in the near future. You could also try manual stretching with your hands. I did notice some improvements from manual stretching.

Heating packs are very good. I use handwarmers, you can buy a box of 30 on amazon. It lasts for more than 8 hours but it may get too hot.

I'd def consider adding traction, pentox and low dose daily cialis or viagra as multi modal treatment has better outcomes.
