Hello to everyone reading this,

First of all thank you for taking the time reading my story.

Im 23 years old and living in Holland. 6 months ago i found a little hard lump on the shaft of my penis. It felt hard and had the dimensions of a bb gun pallet. I could move it around freely and went away after a couple of months. Then a few weeks ago i got  a morning erection and when i stood up i heard i kind of popping noise and pain in the beginning of the shaft of my penis. Also i Saw a vein popping out under my skin on the left side of my penis at the beginning of my shaft which was never there before. I developed two new bb bun pattets in the middle of the shaft on top of my penis (its on the right side right were the nerves are). I can move one, but the other one is fixed. The pain went away gradually and i have little to no pain now during erections. My penis looks fine when erect. (Maybe a little dent on the left side but so minimal that i dont know for sure). During half an erections i sometimes have an Hourglass shape, but this happened only twice and went away during the erections. The wierdest part I have is that sometimes the top of the penis had a funny feeling. Sometimes no feeling at all, and sometimes really sensitive.

At the moment im very scared that it is peyronies as you can expect. Especially because i got into a new relationship recently. I told her and she is very supportive. I go to an urologist in a week to get a definite diagnosis. But still in wondering what you guys think (as some of you are very experienced in this area) and what is the best thinks to do as for taking supplements, medicines, excercises etc.

Many thanks in advance for the replies and i wish a good recovery to you all.

Peyronies symptoms since februari 2019. Flaccid pain and HF. Hourglass when flaccid, one dent on left side when erect. Originaly two small BB pallet plaques on upper middle shaft, but now 1 gone. Treatment so far: pentox 2/Day, keto diet & waterfast.

Hard to say one way or the other. But having Peyronies myself, the plaque doesn't  "move around". It attaches itself to the tunica albuginea, basically the part that swells with blood and stretches during an erection. The plaque is not stretchable, thus it causes the penis to bend. Similar to attaching a piece of tape to a balloon and then blowing it up. It typically does not come and go as the nodule you explained nor does it move around freely. Your symptoms don't exactly fit in with peyronies, a little bit ,  although everyone can have different experiences. Although I am not an uro, I am going to guess you don't have peryronies, possibly something else going on such as a ruptured vein or minor injury to the penis. But to be safe, you could starting taking some antioxidants such as Vit E, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine and there are a few others you can research on here that could help slow the progress if you do in fact have Peyronies. Also ask the doc about prescription of Pentox as well. Take a deep breath and hopefully you get a good Uro who will find out exactly what is going on.

Sounds like a good plan if the urologist is knowledgeable re peyronies

First of all thank you Both for your reply. Im very grateful for the info of you Both. One of my nodules got loose when i was feeling both BB pallets as i call them. It had setled back again in the previous place but it could still be moved, but it hurts so i dont think that's a good idea. I am going to live healthy and start asap on the regimen below. I will post the progress of my journey, hopefully it could be cured. I will stay positive! I wish everyone reading this a good recovery as well. Best of luck to you all.

Again, doesn't sound like peyronies. The plaque typically does do what you are explaining about your nodule. Sounds like maybe you broke/ruptured a blood vessel and you have some clotting/thrombosis going on possible. But again, not a doc here. Hopefully the urologist can get a diagnosis for you! Good luck!

I also noticed a hard lump a little smaller than a BB pellet and then later felt several more.  I am not sure if they developed or I just started checking more.  I also had the hour glass that goes with erection.  I went to a peyronies specialist and said the hourglassing in my case is caused by tense pelvic floor muscles that cause the penis muscle to tighten as well. The ultrasound did not show any plaques or scars so I am not sure exactly what that is but I am thinking it may be veins that feel much harder due to the tensed penis muscles. I can only feel them at certain times.  I would definitely find a Urologist who specializes in this though

Wow, that could be the case for me as well. I Read into it and i have really similair symptoms. When I stand I have a hard penis when flaccid, but when i sit or lay down it goed away (i noticed it sooner but didn't seem to see anything worrysome in it). Thanks for your reply! I will bring it up during my consultation.

Can you feel the bb sized lumps all the time?  In my case there are times when I can feel them easily and other times when I can't feel them at all

When my penis is properly flaccid i can feel them really well, but when erect or hard when it should be flaccid not that much.
