About three months ago my symptoms began, and now am learning about treatment options. I have purchased pentox, l-arginine, vitamin E, and l-carnatine.

My question is about ED medicine, and whether I could take viagra in place of cialis with this combination? Cialis is very expensive here but viagra not. Are there interactions with this combo?
Developed painful erections in December 2018 followed by hard spot on top and hourglassing. Now a curve upwards with obvious plaques and indentation on one side.

The answer is that if you can take Cialis, you can take Viagra.
The only problem I can see with this mix is low blood pressure.
But I am not a doctor. You may want to talk to your GP.

I prefer Cialis as It will last almost up to 48 hours for me. And I can take it without any other issues.

I am using 50 mg Viagra for sex. In my opinion, 25 mg every other day it will do the maintenance job.

So do they both do the exact same thing in terms of Phisiology relating to peyronies - with the only difference being the half life (and not to mention the cost) ?

Yes, there are both in the class of PDE5 inhibitors, along w Levitra.  I just posted a YouTube video on UCLA ED 101 where you can learn more: UCLA Erectile Dysfunction 101 - Peyronies Society Forums

Not quite, the selectivity of inhibition with regards to the various PDE types means different levels of effectivesness and side effects.

Levitra is strongest for erections (pde5) and very selective but short halflife + expensive.

Viagra is cheapest and second strongest (pde5) but shortest halflife and least selective (blue vision, headaches etc).

Cialis has longest halflife and and is quite selective, is the weakest pde5 inhibitor of the tree and can give neck and back pain due to a specific pde type it inhibits (I think it is pde11 but I would have to double check that).

I have a long post somehwere about the various pde types and what they do, will find it. Suffice to say, right now they all have their own strengths and weaknesses so which one is 'best' will be dictated by your personal situation.

I don't know much about Stendra/Avanafil.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.
