what started as ED about 10years ago has seen Peyronies Disease added to the angst about 3 years ago subsequent to a miserable incident with bike seat that led to the pinch (with only minor hematoma) event. i still suspect that consuming daily use cialis and atenolol were contributing factors to Peyronies Disease advancement, but since i can keloid i might have been predisposed...

multiple injection protocols of xiaflex (entering 2nd year on 3rd insurance company) are finally starting to have a net positive effect, although the disease is 100% non-static state:  while in my case xiaflex DOES breakdown some calcified plagues, the untreated areas definitely exhibit some growth activity.

supplement hand modelling with the PMP (although its a bitch to get the glans right, and sometimes get bruising or foreskin swelling), and have added a bathmate VED to the regimen due to bilateral hour-glassing.  mechanical assists are always 12-15 days post-injection.  Prior to xiaflex, implemented enzyme protocol with Neprinol/Serracor-NK...presently daily 250kSPU serratiopeptidase only with EOD gotu kola creme application, plus anti-oxidants.

the notable loss of length & girth remains a source of frustration...but i concluded that only by choosing to actively pursue to combat this thing would i have a possibility to avoid the road to surgical implant

good luck to all of us
