Hi Everyone,

Just stopping by to add a lot of hope.
I am 31, recently divorced, going through major life transitions and have mild peyronies. My bend is under 30 degrees but painful. I don't think I would be able to have sex at the moment and my erections are very weak. I was injured last year during during what seemed like normal sex. Never had ED or anything before this, I was in fact often complimented about my beautiful and large penis.

Here are a few things that I think led to my injury and/or worsened it:
+ Depression after divorce
+Nofap for extended periods of time followed by a sudden increase in sexual activity after several months of going "dry"
+Bad lifestyle habits, drinking, smoking, poor diet
+High stress
+Extended and intense sex with new partner after initial injury
+started taking finasteride 1 month after injury (discontinued after finding this forum)

What I've done about it:
+Urologist visit (2 months after onset of pain when flacid). On 2.5mg cialis and cholchicine (2xpills/ day)
+Quit smoking, drinking and plant based keto diet
+Regular exercise and meditation
+Trying to reduce stress (with above)
+NoFap (or very limited fapping)
+Gentle Manual traction for a few minutes daily with warm sock around him before traction
+seeing chiro

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:

Keep a positive attitude - your attitude is everything. Believe you will be healed. Don't obsess over it (its so tempting). Stop checking erections and stop constantly checking this forum. You will heal if your mind and body are on the same page, I'm sure of that.

See the positive in this situation. Maybe this is life giving you an opportunity to focus on something else in your life and not women and sex. Surrender and accept. Acceptance will lead to our healing.

I will check back with you guys in a few weeks after my second urologist visit.

Thank you very much for the useful "DIY" Techniques on this forum, I can feel that they are really helping and I expect to show a good reduction in curvature shortly as well as return to normal strong erections.

I hope from the bottom of my heart that every man here will find the strength to heal.

Thanks Greydog, that's very informative.. I agree with your healing methods.  VED may help a lot too.

I noticed adding Pentox to my 5mg daily Cialis regime improved my erectile function significantly - you may want to consider it after seeing your Uro.

Things did not start to rapidly change for me until I reduced my stress, was grateful for what I had in my life, and accepted my body. That with traction and pumping has greatly helped me.

Thanks, I feel that stress is a major contributor to the progression, but I have no proof of it!
