Shorter Erection

So I saw a urologist yesterday, whom according to Healthgrades treats Peyronie's Disease more than 99% of his peers.

He seemed very certain that all I had was a pelvic floor problem based off a quick physical exam of my penis and video of blood flowing into my penis, and assured me to continue with Pelvic Floor Therapy. He also suggested I take a few Revatio and I'd get a normal erection and feel better. I tried requesting imaging but he said it wasn't necessary at all in my case.

I followed his advice, took the Revatio, and after some painful uneven filling (which I've been experiencing for a few weeks now), my erection seemed to completely fill. It looked and felt completely filled.

Only problem is that my erection was literally an inch shorter than normal. I went to bed after and I just woke up with a nocturnal erection as well, still an inch shorter.

Is it even possible to lose length this fast? I've only had symptoms for a month and a half.

I really want to believe that this is a pelvic floor problem but if it's an inch shorter even while I'm sleeping or using Revatio, then I feel like that's a huge red flag.

Any advice guys? Do you think it could still just be a weird pelvic floor thing, or am I in trouble?

Bubba dawg

Pelvic floor supports everything. If you have a pelvic floor problem then it could make it look shorter when it really isn't. Why not trust your doctor and quit stressing over it? Stress will create more health problems. Peyrones at 21 would be really rare. But anyway you saw a peyrones specialist. Keep asking him questions. Keep your appointments.  Do what he says
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.

Sadly I don't have any way of contacting him and don't see him again until May, but yeah you're right. I'm going to give pelvic floor PT everything I've got.

It's just very disconcerting to have measured a complete erection and see all that length missing, but if pelvic floor stuff could cause that, I suppose I just gotta stay positive.

Thanks Bubba.
