Bumps on penis head (glans) related to Peyronie's?

Does anyone else have any hard rock-like bumps on the glans of their penis? I have multiple ones but it's not painful or uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's related to Peyronie's. I was thinking that they could be some sort of cyst or blocked sebaceous gland.

Any thoughts?
