My uro here is brutal. Apparently Dr. Eid is really good and actually cares about the patient. Ive had peyronies for 7 years now. Im 30 years old now. I can get almost hard enough with a cock ring and all the pills suggested ex. Cialis 5mg l arginine etc. But still not able to penetrate. Im tired of wasting my days without sex. I literally could be in my 100's for different girls f'~c<+d. And im talking really hot girls. Thats how much ive missed out on and continue to do so.

Anyways i have money. Should i just set an appoinment up with dr. Eid and fly over from Canada? My depression has been getting rough and my current uro is only giving me verapamil shots once a month with slight improvement to show. As for an implant im curious. Im about 6.5 inches fully erect. You can schedule both a phone call or video consultation, which one you are more comfortable with. Pricing wise. Half an hour video consultation is around 350$. In office consultation is 610$ CAD, already converted from US dollars. He then tells you what is the best course of action, and if you do decide to fly out there to have the appointment there is plenty of info where to stay and how to go around from members here that had the implant by him.

Sounds good. I havn't been able to have intercourse for 7 years now. Im 30 now. So im thinking if i have the money why not just get an implant. Im sure after a few months id be a lot happier and apparently the sex will be better anyways considering i could be rock hard at will and keep going even after i ejaculated right? I hear ya man. 4 years here, no intercourse. 32 yo... so i relate deeply. I understand your reasoning, but that is definitely something you should discuss with a doctor first. Just make sure you read the penile implant boards and choose a doctor which people have been to before and gave good feedback. You hardly can go wrong with Dr. Eid/Kramer or karpman, if your situation is more difficult to treat, like massive curvature and hourglassing.

One thing is for sure.... don't waist time and seek help! even if you don't proceed with the implant, i am sure talking to a proper doctor will be a great help.

So we are pretty much in the same boat. Nice to talk to someone who can relate. One of my future goals when i get better is to try and find a cure for peyronies and help people with depression. My business is doing well and only growing so ill have the resources to help people eventually.

Anyways my peyronies is different than most i believe. I have multiple scars. But my dick doesnt bend in any crazy direction like ive seen. With a cock ring its pretty straight. Its just the blood flow thats the issue. I got declined for xiaflex a few weeks ago cause i dont have much of a curve. But i do have like 5 different scars. Maybe more that just arnt as big or noticable. It must be genetic for me or soemthing. But im gonna set up a call with dr. Eid. I want a doc who actually cares about their patients. My current uro is crap and gives no F~@ks. Doesnt ultrasound or anything. Its pathetic and dudes shouldnt go through that. So dr eid from my research is one of the best. Just a few questions tho. Then get the surgery done the next day and fly back out. Is it possible to have the whole process done in 2 or 3 days. Or is it better to get it done. Stay in a hotel for a few night's then fly back out in case he needs to check up or what not?

You might have to get clearance for surgery from your family doc first. It would probably save time.
They have standard tests to run prior to giving the OK. I was lucky at my age to just sail through the tests.

7 years? Man that is rough. I would have got an implant after two years of non functionality I think. Hard to say until you're in that position though.

Typically you schedule a video or phone consult with dr. Eid if you can't see him in person.  Prior to the call you will need to fill out some paperwork which will give him some info to help with the assessment.  If you have curvature or hourglassing he may ask for a picture to be sent to him to visually assess the situation. His schedule runs 4- 8 weeks out for the procedure.... kind depends on what he has booked to that point.  Once procedure is scheduled you should plan on being in his office the day before the surgery for the measurements and tests and discussion on what is best implant for your situation. The next day is surgery and you should plan on spending 1-2 days at local hotel recovering (his office can supply a list of nearby hotels).  I have a procedure scheduled for March and plan on 4 days from start to finish. Once you call to set up your consult the office will get you everything you need.  They are extremely helpful and very responsive. Let me know if you need some more specifics.

TonySa- I don't know how many insurance types Dr. Eid takes.  I do know he takes Medicare.  Unfortunately for me he does not take United. Not sure on the others.

Sometimes you can get an insurance plan to approve a doc who is not on their panel.

If there is not a specialist in your network to do your procedure you can check to see if you have OUT of network benefits with your ins company. This means that they would still cover the procedure but your cost would be more because you are not using an IN network provider. Now if the issue is that the doctor simply doesn't accept your ins plan then there is little you can do about that. Keep in mind not just the doctor need to be providers for your insurance, the facility and anesthesia need to also be network providers.

Hard to say if he takes a lot of different insurance.  He does take Medicare and Blue Cross.  All it takes is a quick call and Ruby will tell you if they take your insurance.

I am in the same position as you, I hope it all goes well for you. I am considering an implant but I won't be having it done by anyone recommended here due to not having the money.

Reason ive taken so long is i didnt know about implants until a few months ago. I honestly thought it was a fake dick and the word scared me. As well the uros i saw were all adamant that they cluld improve me. Its been a really tough journey. But ive got a consultation set up with dr eid thursday. And hopefully i can get booked in in the next 4 to 6 weeks im told. The sooner the better. Its been a rollercoaster of a life but thanks to a girl whos recently popped into my life shes given me the confidence to get better and help me get through all of this. I am still very nervous about the whole ordeal but im sure after all is said and done i will be happy and be pounding away

Good luck.  You just could not pick a better surgeon with any amount of money anywhere in the world.  I have to add however that I am a little saddened by the mentality that you missed our on screwing 100 good looking girls.  If that is your objective I guess maybe that works for you but if you ever expect a true valuable relationship what would you have left to offer someone that you had not made routine and common to a crowd of women?
