Is it possible to mix Cialis daily with as needed?

Hi,
I'm on Cialis 5mg for over a year now. It worked nicely, but I feel my erections are gradually getting worse. I'm at the moment still capable of reaching a full erection if I get really really excited, but I fear that might soon not be the case.
I was thinking then if I could continue taking it daily, but if I see I'm going to have sex, stop the daily 1 day before and take the 20mg for boost for the occasion, and then resume the 5mg 2 days later? Does anybody know if this is ok and if it can help?

Also, is it the same to take 4x5mg pills or should I get 20mg pills?

Others may know but I think the daily is extended releas so you would not want to tske 5 of those, not to mention costing more than a 20mg.

Daily is the same meds, just a smaller dose.  You can up the dose on days you plan on having sex which should help.  Or, for example increase to 10mg each day.  Or, keep as is and and viagra one hour before sex.  Generic is available as tadalafil liquid online in US without prescription.
