traction device questions

I have a bent dick, I think it's mostly a natural curve not peyronie disease although it makes it awkward to wank, can be pain and I think had gotten a bit worse last year, I want to get a traction device to fix it, I was going to get the 4xlab https://www.x4labs.com/products/peyronies-pro-edition-penis-extender/ do you guys recommend this specific version (Ive seen the delux version be recommended is there any real difference between the two)?
Have some questions on it, 1. Does this also increase penis size?
2. Are they any side effects?
3. awkward question but for those who have ordered the item is the item wrapped when delivered? Ill have to pick it up from my post office and don't really want all of them seeing what I bought
