21 and feeling terrible

Hey everyone, I'm really glad to have found this community. A few weeks ago I started to notice that my flaccid penis was being pulled in at mid shaft on the right side, creating a couple of hourglass indentations and overall that my penis was narrower and shorter than usual. I've been having really bad pain, especially sharp ones when I turn weird, and my flaccid penis is shriveling up smaller than I've ever seen it before. I feel like when flaccid, it's harder than it should be sometimes. I've also noticed that any erections I have, my penis is curving slightly to the right side, which has never happened before. I think this is probably a result of years of chronically masturbating with incomplete erections or even flaccid due to Erectile Dysfunction from SSRI'S. I've felt pain engaging in those behaviors in the past but I was stupid and thought nothing of those occurrences, and kept at it. I'm really trying to stay positive and keep stress levels low, but I'm finding that almost impossible.

I've had IBS ever since I was 13 so I always put off dating and I've never had a relationship, and now this is happening, only a few months after I've turned 21. I'm just really terrified. I have an appointment with a urologist (Dr. Brian Dicks as I live in San Diego) who sees a lot of Peyronie's on the 11th of February, to get a clear diagnosis but until then I'm terrified of worsening symptoms. I'm hoping to get an ultrasound done, but if those require injections to induce erection, that's terrifying to me considering the issues some people seem to have had with them. I'm gonna start taking all the supplements on the Peyronie's Survival Guide post, though I'm concerned about some of it causing me problems due to my digestive problems. Are they all safe to take at once, does anybody know?

I don't have really anyone to talk to about this, I haven't been in school for a couple years due to my digestive problems and depression issues, so I really don't have any friends. My mom is doing everything she can to help me get appointments and be supportive but considering that she had to help my dad fight a nuerological disease battle where he became quadriplegic for 17 years before he died in 2017, she's very worn out. Just feeling like pure crap tbh. Thanks for listening.

Hey bro, it sucks to experiences this at any age especially at a young age. Please do yourself A favor leave your penis alone. Don't check your erections at all. Don't force any erections. Don't watch any porn. Just leave your penis alone, don't examine your flaccid etc. leave it alone. Continue taking the supplements and do something you like to do on your free time to keep you distracted from this. Once you get diagnosed there's plenty of info on here that may help you. Everyone is different, stay strong bro.
Age 25
Mid July 2018 - Assumed I had peyroines

March 2019 - Did an doppler ultrasound in flaccid state, no plaque or scar was found. Blood flow was normal

Turns out it's cogential.

I second that mate.

There is always hope.

Do not despair.

Relax, make sure you get adequate sleep, exercise, eat properly (remove sugar from your diet), keep testosterone and DHT high. Also spend some time in the sun, you will feel better. Try Pentox if you could get a prescription. Also try and take anti-inflammatories for the pain but mostly to reduce the inflammation. Controlling the inflammation means minimizing the damage.

As Jake said, leave your dick alone. Masturbating in the really acute phase may damage you more, even edging. I would keep away from stretching or VED, as they have serious risks of further damage.

Do things that you enjoy and try to be happier. Your body will understand the change and will heal in a better way.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. Yeah I haven't masturbated for a couple weeks, though things constantly feel uncomfortable and weird and I get sharp pains sometimes so I'm super worried that there is damage being caused repeatedly whenever those things happen.

I'll get on these supplements and do what you guys are suggesting. I can't seem to find anything online about keeping DHT high, any advice on that? I'll try and exercise for my testosterone more, so long as it doesn't cause more pain.

Thanks again guys, I really appreciate the kind words.

One more thing: try to keep your member with good blood supply. I do this by using hand warmers. You can search the forum for more on this - it wasn't my idea. I wouldn't put them directly on the injured areas to avoid further inflammation though, so be careful! And avoid sleeping with them applied! My doctor has also prescribed me with low dose cialis 2,5 mg just before bed. Ask yours and take it, if he approves.

I just got a heating pad that I'll try and use tonight, thanks Mikes.

Thanks again to both of you for the kind words and advice.

That's great. Make sure that the heat level is comfortable. And have a look in the forum on how to use it. I have used the HotHands hand warmers which I found in amazon.
