Is it possible that your peyroines can get better overtime on it's own?

I'm not going to do anything like VED or traction at least for right now, but continue to take supplements such as CoQ10, ACLAR, L-Citrulline, Omega 3 and others supplements  that I generally take that's not for peyroines. I will start to do intermittent fasting again. I stop doing that in early janurary.

I'm completely leaving my penis alone. However I should of done this in July when I first noticed the  curve going a bit more to the left in mid july. Instead of erection checking several times a day or masturbating frequently.  I'm always gentle with masturbating.

I started to take supplements in septmember. My penis is still the same as the post I made "Is it getting worse?" which is odd. Maybe it's stable now?  The curve shows 15 degrees to the left. If I measure that right, which I am assuming I did. I used to measured it everyday with my protractor. As well as my length and girth, everything is the same.

I did traction the first month in septemeber well maybe not for a entire month, but I remember I did do it for a week straight maybe 10 minutes a session of it each day. But actually stretching was 5 mins, because I would take 10 to 30 sec rest  from each stretch in between. Sort of like sets/reps.  I'm very afraid of hurting myself during traction by hand so I would hold 10 secs at the very least, and at the max 30 secs. I made sure I was 100 percent flaccid. As well as soon as I feel blood flowing, I completely stop. Before it gets semi erected and I'll take a break for 10 mins from traction just sitting there lol. And sometimes I'll just not continue the traction after that because I didn't feel confident to continue that day. I get pretty aroused just about anything that comes into my mind. Even sitting in the chair naked  sometimes will get me a semi because of the air, idk it's odd.

I eat a healthy diet, have been working out for years. So, I hope some how my peyroines can get better over time.

I won't get to see Dr. Larry Lipshultz until March first to actually get confirmation that it is peyroines. He's one of the doctors listed on this forum for peyroines specialist. He's highly recommended in my area but that's the only spot he has available for the earliest to see someone. However I won't be able to afford the treatments like xiaflex or any of the special ones. Maybe just the prescription of pentox.

If I do have peyroines my peyroines is weird, because I have no pain not even at the curve, still get morning erections.

If it's not peyroines will what I know now will help me avoid from getting it. I have friends that loves to F~@< girls rough, i mean like power ramming them and they bend their dicks all of the time  during sex. I'm assuming when they told me "they bend" they were NOT fully erected and instead were semi erected. I told them you can severaly cause trauma to the penis overtime, but they don't care.

I tell both of my brothers to be careful during sex now. My brother had a girl over  yesterday and I told him hey bro please make sure you are 100 percent erected, never F~@< semi erected. And don't let her on top at all, that's where injuries occured the most. When you have zero control. I also said not to F~@< her fast, but go slow and gentle. His response was like bro you worry too much over the dumbest crap, sex is suppose to be fun. I get worried for them now because of this disease.

Have you guys experience your peyroines getting better overtime on it's own?

Age 25
Mid July 2018 - Assumed I had peyroines

March 2019 - Did an doppler ultrasound in flaccid state, no plaque or scar was found. Blood flow was normal

Turns out it's cogential.

Mine is slowly improving now after 6 months however, I did recently start pentox and cialis daily.

I have heard of stories from people who spontaneously saw improvement after a few months. It is a possibility especially if you're young and healthy.

Definitely wait on the doctors diagnosis and see what he recommends. If you see no improvement after 6-9 months maybe consider a different route.

I agree that you may not want to start traction or VED straight away as you risk further damage.
