I have the same EKG result and cardiology told me it was due to an enlarged left ventrical which is caused by high testosterone, most commonly in men on long term androgen therapy.  It states on my report due to long term testosterone therapy.

Both my father and grandfather have heart block, which we think is from nerve damage from glucose damage.
Since I was able to reverse my neuropathy I'm hoping I won't have to get a pacemaker when I'm older but we'll see!

Men with Peyronie's have been shown to have high rates of neuropathy, in an old study, even in "non-diabetics." Autonomic neuropathy goes unnoticed and can result in arrhythmia. I had it since I was 18 and I no longer have it.
