Hey guys.

I'm a male in my early 20's.

I remember back when I was 17 I tried some penis exercises. Jelqing and some other thing where you squeeze the base of your penis. To trap the blood in there. (I don't know why I tried this. I was never insecure about the size)

I only did this once and I don't think I went to hard. But I remember after doing it about an hour afterwards my penis shrivelled right up and it was very hard to get an erection. The days following that it was like my penis had gotten very swollen. It was very hard to get an erection but I think that the massive amount of anxiety that I was feeling that I may have broken my penis was playing a part in that. Anyway fast forward a little bit and I had all these new veins popping up on my penis. I think they're called "spider veins".

Anyway. Here's the part that I'm concerned about. Ever since the time that it happened to me. I've had this hard lump. Like a hard band that goes around my shaft. It is directly under my glans. It goes around the top shaft of my penis and ends on each side of the shaft before it reaches the underside. If I feel around I can actually feel it when flaccid. And in certain lighting it is actually visible.

I'm not certain if it is peyronies but there's a couple of things that lead me to believe that it might be.

Here's what I experienced;

-Band like lump that runs across the top of shaft directly under the glans.
-When flaccid. If I pull my foreskin back the penis actually curves.
-I don't achieve 100% strength erections anymore. (Although that could be because of porn addiction. I'm trying to quit. I know that Porn can affect the strengthof your erections)
-my penis often, most of the time feels rigid. Like it has no floppyness to it anymore.
-I also don't feel any pain. Ever.
-My erect penis doesn't curve.
-When flaccid if I pull my foreskin back, it looks like a slight hourglass shape.

Now based off what I've described. Could anyone help me?

I appreciate any advice. Now I know my best bet is to go to a urologist but in all honesty. As long as I can get my erections back to full strength then the peyronies won't bother me as I'm still able to have 100% normal sex.

I recommend going to a Peyronies specialist. Not just any urologist and get a duplex ultrasound while erect. They can assess damage and see irregularities in bloodflow. Also the urologist could refer you to one. The regular urologist will palpate your penis and check for lumps. Also take pictures and show them to your doctor and video to show what you mean by your Flaccid penis acting weirdly. This will give the doctor more to work with. Also, try to do more with your time, seems most ppl nowadays use porn to cover what internal issues they may have (myself included). Get that solved with a therapist and also never try jelqing or penile "exercises" again. It's the only penis you'll get, don't put it at risk. Please update us with discoveries from your urologist and Peyronies specialist! :)

Ya why not go to a Urologist and see what your problem is? This is not the place to start. Doctor can feel and do test. You probably read about jelking on the internet. Dont make the same mistake diagnosing  , treating what you dont know you have
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.
