Hi all, I've had Peyronies disease since I was about 14 but I didn't take it too seriously as it wasn't causing me any noticeable problems. Fast forward to 2018 and It has started progressing. I noticed pain last month and I started researching for help. Found this forum which, by the way, is a godsend! (i know I'd be more depressed if I didn't find a forum like this providing so much hope for Peyronies sufferers). Also found Neov's videos on Youtube and tried following his manual stretching procedure step by step. I noticed some relief and reduction in pain but started noticing an increase in curvature and a slight downward curve.

Immediately, I read on all the help I could get on this forum. Read the survival guide and some helpful posts. With my current financial situation, I could only get Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Coq10. I noticed a difference immediately when I started taking the coq10 but for some reason, I fear the Acetyl-L-Carnitine worsened my symptoms (I think my curve has slightly increased again and I've lost some length) but I may be wrong.

Now I am not one to encourage self-medication, but I come from Nigeria, a third-world country where the health sector is nothing to write home about.
More than half the people in my country don't even have insurance except the financially buoyant. I've seen some of the bad experiences some of you've have had with your doctors and only think my experience would be much worse with the kind of doctors I'm used to here in Nigeria. I'm also not encouraged to visit a hospital since I may be likely told to wait and watch or get the usual recommendations of Vit E. I know I may sound rash for not wanting to go to a hospital and that is why I'm open to advice. Also trying to get a cheap VED from aliexpress as the ones recommended on this forum are way out of my league financially speaking.

I've researched pentox and from my findings, it does not seem to be in my country. Any ideas on how I could get it through an online pharmacy or something shipping to Nigeria? I also have a stomach ulcer which I'm currently seeing a doctor for. I'm hoping the ulcer will be cleared soon as I don't think taking pentox while with a stomach ulcer is advisable; although I'll confirm from my doctor.

I have a noticeable curve to the left and a slight downward curve which just recently surfaced. I also think I have erectile dysfunction but it may be porn-induced since I'm quite addicted but I have been trying to cut down on that lately. I'm 20 years and never had sex which makes it all more depressing.
I'm currently on:
Coq10 200 mg daily
Acetly l carnitine 1 gram daily

I just need to know the next reasonable step to take considering my current financial condition (working on that though). Any answers and suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You might could order drugs from Canada. Not sure if they require a prescription. Just know people in the USA buy from Canada a lot because drugs are cheaper

Thanks, Bubba Dawg. Please can you recommend any of the Canadian online pharmacies you know of?

Welcome to the forum Ehiz.  I hope you find the information and support you are looking for.  It is good you have done a lot of reading.  I would also encourage you to put your personal information in the signature line.  That information will then appear below each of your posts.  This will save you and others time and help you get better answers.  I would include that you have no access to experts in your county so individuals know your situation.  If you have any trouble changing it, I will help you.  Just tell me what you want me to put there.

You do not say how you developed Peyronies Disease at such a rare age for the disease.

Best Wishes

Thanks, Hawk and Bubba dawg, I can't really say for sure what caused this disease but what I'm certain of is that I noticed my first symptoms shortly after I had just started masturbating. It may be that I injured myself unknowingly or something.

By the way, I know I should be using one of the VEDs approved by the forum or similar kinds. But that won't be possible for now due to financial constraints. Just wanted to find out if you could recommend any good cheap VED of about $20 to $30 that I can order from Amazon or Alixpress considering all the expenses that would come up due to shipping costs and all that.

I do not have a specific recommendation but rest assured your penis responds to the vacuum not to the brand of VED that created it.  A cheap VED may break much sooner but it's vacuum will be just as therapeutic  as any other VED.

Hey, first, sorry to hear this. You remind me a lot of myself. I've had Peyronies and always ignored it. Since I had no pain, it didn't phase me. Now I've had two "injuries" and inflammation is hard to kick. People like us have underlying issues (as you've seen in NEOs videos) . My advice to you from everything I have learned is
1)STOP EJACULATING. No sex, no porn, no masturbation, period. Everyone you ejaculate you cause more inflammation. Ejamculation is an intense convulsion of the muscles In your dick.  Not something you need while your penis is already in an injured state. I know this is hard, I speak from experience. But with discipline it is doable, st least for 2-3 weeks at a time. If you slip up do not beat yourself up, just don't let it happen again.

2) Consider ketogenic diet

Good luck man and give me a PM if you'd like.
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

This is BS. It will only cause you stress and is useless

Suicide: when I masturbate I cause myself more physical pain. Which doesn't allow me to focus on other areas of my life. It causes me more stress and anxiety. If you have no pain when you ejauculate or hourglassing after ejaculation that's fine. But for us who get pain we shoulda avoid it at all cost
