Cocoa
« on: December 18, 2018, 05:51:40 AM »

I have been eating 90% dark chocolate for a long time. I have found this to help me mentally. I stopped worrying about everything. Relaxed me mentally Helped alleviate depression.  Increased my blood flow for improved erections. Proved to increase the Nitrite Oxide levels.  But that chocolate had been alkalined . So that process negated some of the nutrients. So I upped my game this morning. I put in sugar free 100% Hersheys cocoa powder in my morning coffee. Heaping teaspoon of it along with a heaping teaspoon of coffee. Just black. No sugar added.  Still eating the dark chocolate. I feel very good right now. Will see how this change effect my erections and Peyronies. Many things backed by science.

I eat dark chocolate for a long period of time for an other problem, not Peyronies.
The effect was as Bubba dawg wrote.
Will try to add the cocoa to my coffee

Sounds like a normal caffeine reaction... 🤔

Doesnt feel like a normal caffeine reaction. Not much  caffeine in dark chocolate.  I drink that a 4:30 am. No let down like I have been having with just coffee in the morning. Felt good all day. No afternoon drowsiness. No irritability. No caffeine jitters. Like relaxed and energized at the same time. I am still wide awake. I have been up since 2:00 am. Worked all day. I had water for lunch. 2 beers for supper

* 8-ounce cup of coffee may contain as little as 95 mg of caffeine, or as much as 200 mg
* 8-ounce cup of cocoa has a mere 1.6 to 12.8 mg
* 8-ounce cup of black tea contains between 40 to 120 mg of caffeine
* 8-ounce cup of green tea contains between 9 and 50 mg of caffeine

Thanks for the info James. I woke up several times with an erection! Something that hasn't been happening in a long time. A strong erection at that. Said that cocoa increases blood flow. Relaxing veins . May not work the same for everyone. Not everyone is as sensitive to stuff as I am . Like I said, I have been eating the dark chocolate a long time. Read where it takes daily use for awhile to get results

Dark chocolate at around 80 to 90% definitely have a bit of caffeine, and theobromine, both xanthine derivatives like pentox. That, and the anthrocyanadins are very good for your arteries and penis : ) so, keep it up! I eat 80% daily, and as long as I don't overdo it I don't have too much sugar or carbs from it.

From google  "1.5-ounce serving of 70% dark chocolate contains about 20mg of caffeine"

Usually the good chocolate have low sugar.  I eat 85% dark and I think it only has 5 gm of sugar per serving.  I get the organic dark chocolate bars.  I find that it kills any snack cravings, even with the low sugar.  I also have it with red wine, figure the resveratrol is probably a help also ...

I am not talking about %
I am talking about pure 100% cocoa powder from dried cocoa beans with no any additives.
That what I started today adding to my coffee.
It is growing here so is really cheep.

Ya James, I am still doing both. The bar and the 100% powder in coffee. I whacked off yesterday. Still got erections last night. Taking 300 units of vitamin e. 1/2 cup of plain quick grits for breakfast. Cup if broccoli after supper
I lowered my blood pressure with just the lindt dark chocolate. Before I started the powder

I have added a small amount of Trubulus to my morning routine. So that is cocoa bars and 1 tablespoon of cocoa 100% powder. 200 iu of vitamin e, 1 quarter of a capsule of tribulus , 20 mg of testosterone. Onr slice of cheese with breakfast. This every day.
I had sex one day. Masturbated the next day. After both  , I kept waking up with rock hard erections! So hard that my dick was straighter. Tribulus really was a game changer. Testosterone a lone was not getting the job done. I have more energy.
Ok like I said , I am super sensitive to foods and medicine. This is working for me. May not work for you. You may need to take more than me. Does feel like my bph has gotten worse so that is not good. Just a side effect of increased testosterone. Tribulus has not been shown to increase testosterone but to increase sexual desire for both men and women. I think it makes testosterone more usable. I have read that in the past. Used by body builders. The bottle says it can make bph worse.

Update on the tribulus. I was reading about how testosterone gel was not as effective as the injections. How it didnt help the lower half of your body. I found this to be true concerning my experience.
Then I read where tribulus enhances the testosterone effect. This is correct too. My hips have become much more muscular . I can barely button my pants! I have lost 3 lbs of fat. My shoulders have broadened. My upper arms are more muscular.  I feel stronger on my job. Less drowsy in the afternoon. I was just not getting the full effect from the gel alone for some reason. Tribulus has been around along time in with the body building supplements. My testicles and penis stay swollen. My peyrones looks less pronounced since my penis is firmer. I am back to having sex dreams and night time erections.
Keep in mind I was diagnosed with low T. This is tribulus combined with the gel. Still doing the cocoa powder and dark chocolate. 200 iu vitamin E.
Mentally do feel better. Not as passive
This is just my person experience but you can google

Hey Bubba Dawg,

I'm being tested for Low-T on the 22nd. I read somewhere on the web that most guys with Peyronies Disease have Low-T. You mentioned that the injections work better than the gel. I thought the gel is more consistent, where as if you get shots every 2 weeks, then midway your level may drop. Has anybody had the pellets? Very interesting about Cocoa, does it have to be dark chocolate.

Thanks

John

The good part is the gel is more consistent. Many dont have good results with it being my effective.  .y doctor didnt recommend the gel. I wanted to regulate the dosage and not have to go get shots. Conflicting evidence about the gel vs the injection. Read where the lower half of your body doesnt benefit as much from the gel. True from my experience. Yea has to be dark chocolate 90 to 100% cocoa. I found it lowers my blood pressure and calms my nerves. Dont worry as much. Helps in focusing when you are trying to have sex. Dont see any effect on peyrones.  Seem to help alleviate dry skin. I buy the lindt dark chocolate. Milk chocolate doesnt have any benefits

My dick looks straighter  when I eat honey. I went back to eating it a couple of days ago. Just a teaspoon
I think it is the anti bacterial qualified. Since honey does contain hydrogen peroxide. I have raw unpasteurized  honey. Dick looks thicker and straighter . Some have said Peyrones is related to the autoimmune. Could be something to do with that:

"The phytonutrients in honey are responsible for its antioxidant properties, as well as its antibacterial and antifungal power. They're also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune-boosting and anticancer benefits. Heavy processing destroys these valuable nutrients.Dec 13, 2018 "

Backs up my use of tribulus. Flaccid is looking a lot fuller. Still have night and morning erections. I dont see any curve in morning erections now. Tribulus has more proven benefits. The tribulus , testosterone gel together seems to be helping me:
