Hello everyone,

I am going to have a STAGE surgery with Dr. Kuehhas after reading a lot of positive reviews here, but.. Perhaps it is because of the stress before the surgery, but I am not sure, if I really want to trust him with my penis.

I have a congenital downward curve, I already had a consultation with him, and he seemed nice, told me about everything that has to be done, scheduled the surgery, and now I am waiting, and still reading the experiences with him from other users here.

Problem is, everything looks good, but also sketchy at the same time. The doctor uses basically an unknown procedure, that nobody else uses (maybe except for Dr. Egydio), there is no in-depth medical analysis on the procedure, and you can't really find any other records of Dr. Kuehhas, where he studied, where he worked before the London clinic etc. Plus some people here claiming that he "ruined" their lives is not assuring at all.

Any feedback is appreciated, thank you!

My surgery with him was a total failure, ok, I already had problems before going for it but it's not clear why he wasn't able to correct my deviation. That's the thing, I think, you should at least be able to give an explanation if you want the be accounted as a man of science. In my case it's still missing four years later. No suture rupture and the same curve...

What about dr Gealman or someone in us?? Europe lacks for super specialists in this field.

Stage technique doesn't mean nothing, Nesbit, pliication...what counts is the Doctor.

That said, the best thing, if possible, would be keeping the curve.
31 yrs old
Severe congenital curvature. 3 straightening surgeries
Big lump/stitch w/ left deviation after 2012 surgery
Severe ED after last one in 2014. Still crooked
Slightly improved w/ shockwave therapy
Looks like only one side of my penis works

Hello, Jack.
I read your story before, I am really sorry for what happened to you, I hope everything resolves for you... The Doctor told me about the success rate, and said that the surgery is truly best done on people with no past surgeries on penis (which I don't have - I cancelled Nesbitt surgery with non-absorbable sutures after finding out about Kuehhas).

I know, it's a really big shame that we have no experts here. Everyone uses old techniques, and I am not willing to travel to USA or Brazil because of a surgery.. that's too big of a distance to me.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to keep the curvature.. I have 90 degrees downward curve, and I've already had an unsuccessful sex with my GF, I just can't penetrate her...

Bubba dawg

I would not let a doctor with no proven track record operate on me. I wouldn't go with a procedure that hasn't had a good history of success. You got the warning signs. I would heed them. You would be ignoring your own research. You did good in researching. I would come here to the USA.  Treat it like a vacation
5 Rounds of Xiaflex. Good results.

I am known to give out false information and post nonsense with little to no evidence to back up my claims.
I have ignored several warnings. Further reports to the moderators or Administrators and I will be banned.

The rate success of which doctors brag about is always biased...I mean, when gealman says no one had any complications resulting from his surgery, well, I can't believe it. I mean, he is for sure a great doctor, but literature itself states that complications occur no matter how good the surgeon is, and that's been evaluated to be in 10% of cases if I don't remember wrong.
The point is the extent of the complications...and this the part in which surgeons can make a difference.

In my opinion there is no better technique it's just about the surgeon and the choice of the sutures (that's really decisive)

Anyway, when it comes to Kuehhas I read and followed myself success stories regarding real people whom I know name and surname. On the other hand, there is some freaking horror stories out there. It's a matter of fact he is the only high volume surgeon in Europe along with Ralph and the Serbian can't remember the name. But that necessary means he is good.

I'd like to add that us are not heaven as well, many bad stories coming from there..
This is the reason why I started to doubt the entire concept behind straightening surgeries..too much difference between what literature says and empirical observation.

I had the same type of congenital curvature myself..I know it just can't allow you penetrate.

Just like Jack, my surgery with Kuehhas was a complete failure. Seemed OK at first but then went completely sideways. I do not recommend his services. Too many question marks out there.
Single and 58 yrs. old - first peyronies symptoms Fall 2015
Had grafting surgery by Franklin Kuehhas in June 2016 - complete failure
Borderline ED possible but not taking drugs, shots or using VED
Now evaluating options for next step

On the other hand, so that my post isn't only about criticizing Dr. Kuehhas, there are some papers that he worked on with other doctors. For example, he and other doctors wrote about urological trauma as an European Association of Urology guideline, received some certificate for it, and there are 81 research papers at ReasearchGate.

Also, there are photos on this forum of people who had a surgery with Dr. Kuehhas (or Dr. Egydio, they use the same methods), and the results look quite good.

So, there are both sides, as to everything -- the difference here is that this is a topic about quite a delicate part of the body, thus that is the reason I made this post, to gather more information about the doctor.

So far, Dr. Kuehhas seems like a good choice to me. While the other two doctors that I was supposed to have surgery with before, didn't even bother to check my penis with sonograph, Dr. Kuehhas checked it thoroughly. So I wonder what would happen to me, if I went to a surgery with those other two..

You may want to read posts of Jonbinspain and other successes of Dr. Kuehhas to get some balance.
Have also a guy (don't remember his name) that made suicide.

But the bottom line is:
Your dick is your dick and only you can decide and be responsible of your decision :)

Subs, how severe is your curve?

Hi, sorry for late reply!
As of now, it should be 0 degrees, as I have already had the surgery :)
Before it was 90 degrees downward, and it was just terrible..

I will make sure to make a follow-up in a separate thread.

Yes, finally. I am so happy that I had undergone the surgery. I know I might have sounded a little bit too negative about Dr. Kuehhas in this post, it was most probably from stress. You know, first surgery.

So to not scare off other people because of this thread and to keep you all posted, I will make a new thread where I will write about my experience.
