I read somewhere that penis stretching exercises can be good for removing curvature.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Traction is a form of stretching as is hand modeling.  NeoV discusses hand stretching or hand traction a lot and has found it helpful.  See his posts.

I am a week away from my first Xiaflex shots. Anxiety through the roof. I have been doing a little modeling(by hand) in preparation but am wondering if this is a good thing or not to do prior to the shots?  It seems to have brought back a little pain here and there. Nothing extreme though. I am fearful I have aggrivated it and it will start up again. I feel I am past the acute stage as I haven't had any pain or new plaque since probably early August, late July. Anyone have an insight on this if its good or bad?

It should be fine.  Coupling traction w xiaflex injections results in better outcomes.
