Introducing myself

I'm 65 and first noticed the symptoms of Peyronies five years ago, the day after a round of enjoyable but apparently overly vigorous sex with my wife. By chance the urologist I had already seen for a Cialis prescription was Martin Gelbard, who specializes in Peyronies and was one of the developers of Xiaflex and who is an excellent and caring doctor. I had a 54 degree upward bend which has improved a little bit over the years. At first the syndrome didn't bother me too much and my wife in fact found it to be something of an enhancement sexually but the ED aspect has begun to worsen and with the positive reports of Xiaflex on this board and from a friend who has been down this road I am getting my first injection this week, from Dr. Chandrasoma, who took over Gelbard's patients when he stepped out of active practice.  I will report on the appropriate board. These boards have been an enormous help to me through the years. My gratitude to all of you.
