I'm one of those members who has a prominent half erect bend (relatively straight when fully erect). The doctor cannot find any plaque or scar tissue and believe it is not peyronies.

Sex is difficult as even at a full erection the penis is slightly bendy under pressure to the left/up although the curve is relatively minor. Cialis does not help that much.

Have had this condition for 6 months with no improvement or worsening.

I would just like to know if anyone else has these symptoms and has cured or healed their condition or found any improvement?

The doctors say it isn't peyronies as there is no plaque yet forums say it is peyronies  and I just want to know what is wrong with me as it has caused psychological damage as well as ruined my sex life!

Yesterday I gave a forum search about suspensory ligament, and there were some members who experienced same thing....One more somewhat unique symptom we share, that is increased appearance of veins...

One member believed that his right side ligament was damaged, which increased right side length, causing the curve to left. Although his uro didn't agree, like always they don't!

Then I tried to feel a suspensory ligament, and when I pressed slightly right side penile root and nearby pelvis area, I felt a mild pain , pain was not on left. I believe definitely there's something wrong...

Try to touch and press slightly around your penis root on both sides, can you feel a slight pain/discomfort?

There is some discomfort and penis even when flaccid seems to hang lower on the right side.

Perhaps you are onto something and it is suspensory ligament damage?

It's a possibility that it could heal or surgery on the left side could fix the deviation possibly even resulting in a slightly longer penis but I could be getting ahead of myself here.

Another thing I noted that suspensory ligament damage results in an erection which drops down (not sure if that would be damage to both ligaments or could be the reason for a 'twist').

Either way I would feel much better knowing what actually is wrong with me!

Btw I tried to respond to your PM however it says your inbox is full.

And what to do with a longer penis? I have already long enough, I just want my natural normal penis back :(
Surgery is too much, even an injection (for Doppler test) is scaring me.

Yeah that penis drop thing is related to suspensory ligament damage, in some cases it drops entirely and points to earth. But then what about penile enlargement surgery? In this surgery they cut the suspensory ligament. Do they stitch dorsal foreskin with stomach to avoid dropping? Doesnt sound true though!

Or may be it depends on erection angle. Cutting the support of suspensory ligament decreases erection angle a lil bit. That's why they detach suspensory ligament in a surgery performed on persons with extremely high erection angles. So may be persons with extreme lower erection angle face "Dropping" after suspensory ligament damage.

And if suspensory ligament is damaged on both sides completely, there will be no curve and twist.

But if it is damaged on just one side, that side length will increase. And when one side is longer, definitely it will cause curve and twist. It makes sense.

And that increasing length can cause tension in veins making them more visible.

Although still it doesn't explain many things.

I can't believe my right side is longer now, it looks like that my left side shrinked a lil bit. And I can see difference in blood flow also on both sides, in flaccid state right side shows movement with blood flow, it shrinks and expands, while I can't see that movement in left side, like there's no/weak blood flow on left.

Well if you want to know what's wrong with you, Go for a Doppler diagnosis, that will explain most of the things.

I would go for a doppler but the doctors here don't recommend it - they just say it's in your head and even if it's peyronies or suspensory ligament damage there is no cure so doppler is useless anyway.

I would love to hear from anyone who may have experience in fixing this or has improvement with these symptoms.

My understanding is a tear in the ligament would cause pain, still I have very minimal pain.

I think not knowing is cause performance anxiety during sex which causes ED so I'm going to try see some different doctors who may at least be able to give an answer.

If anyone else has any experiences I would love to hear them.
