Had Peyronie's about 3 months now I get it from a physical injury during sex, so my main concern is how tired and lethargic I feel I'm always lit headed my heart rate is always fast and it's worse when standing up I get to fly hands and feet and light headed and nautious.
Docs have told me Peyronie's would not make me feel like this and that it's anxiety and depressions
I am certain that ya not anxiety and depression, am I mad to think that peyronies causes poor circulation in my penis, thus causing poor circulation in my body full stop as the blood is not flowing throug and back from my penis properly? And that this is what would be making me feel this rediculousky tired and sick?

I've never heard of peyronies causing those symptoms. Def can lead to anxiety and depression.  Starting treatment can get your hope and mood up.

I had this brother. I believe it was caused by anxiety as I do not feel this way anymore. Get bloodwork done. Get an EKG. If all clear. Get yourself in the gym to counteract the anxiety caused by this. Peyronies is very traumatic experience.

Are you polish?

I don't think that peyronies causes none of those sypmtoms you mentioned. What injury did you get?

Pohlski

Someone gripped my penis extremely tightly when semi erect shortly after ejaculation before lain when they grabbed it and it's been bruised and discoloured ever since and penis bend to the left, if I do get an erection the left side of my penis where the injury is seems to have a pulse. If I put my finger on it I can feel it pulsing it's only the injured side and also my glans stays soft even when erect it does not seem to get hard like it would before. Thinking this could be venous leak? As it's also making me very ill I'm dizzy and tired all the time and my feet hurt when I stand my heart is always fAst since this injury. If I manage to get a full eretion it seems to relieve those symptoms for a bit if I manage to get a semi erection where my penis slopes off a lot to the left as the left doesn't seem to fill then the dizziness and nausea seem to get worse straight away?

Peyronies Disease is localized to the penis.  Peyronies Disease might be caused by underlying conditions in health, so, you might have some other medical condition that contributes to Peyronies Disease but the Peyronies Disease is not causing the other physical condition.

Also, do not discount that this is stress, anxiety, and depression.  Such conditions can mimic heart attacks, cause fainting, and inability to breathe.

Ok thanks for the clarification, what about if I have a venous leak? Could that cause it? Honestly I can't get over the amount of fatigue, maybe it's from my lower testosterone levels I guess but my circulation feels rough like my hands and feet are weak and senesitive

Venous leak is not a disease. It's something that's caused by diseases (peyronie's disease included). That's why it can't cause the symptoms you've been describing, being an effect (and not a cause) of other health conditions itself.

As Hawk already told you, you should get to see other specialists because fatigue and weakness are not caused by peyronie's disease and its symptoms.

You might want to see a rheumatologist for example. Or maybe the symptoms you're talking of are just a consequence of your low T.

If organic causes are ruled out, the symptoms may be attributed to psychiatric conditions (i.e. depression, anxiety, ptsd, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc.).

Hawk

Pohlski,

You need to start eliminating possible causes.  As Werther said maybe a rheumatologist for fibromyalgia, maybe Lyme Disease if that is in your area of the world.  Maybe get a workup from an endocrinologist for full hormone levels, maybe even a cardiologist or a neurologist but I seriously doubt a urologist is going to be the answer.

See a doc and Get your T up and see which symptoms improve.  Great first strategy.
