Over the last 4 weeks, I have been having a lot of sex so my penis has been overused significatly. On top of that, 2.5 weeks ago, one of partners was very rough and the sex was quite painful. Starting last week, my penis felt sore when getting hard. Recently, the soreness has kind of gone but I am having difficulty getting hard - even just to masturbate. It is difficult to get hard and stay hard and Im only 20! On top of that, my penis bends upwards from the middle so Im pretty sure I have peyronies.

Feel so horribly depressed that I have erectile dysfunction and my dick looks weird and Im only 20. I feel like this one random encounter has essentially broken my penis and ruined it for the rest of my life in terms of erectile dysfunction and shape. Havent had any sex over the last 2 days and feel awful about it. Please give me some advice - is there any medication/supplement or anything that can help me considering its been only a few weeks.

Description of penis - right below head is where the bending is occuring. When Im erect - slight bend. when im soft = bend is much more visible. When erect, I can push my penis and it can become much more bent.

Edit: in terms of frequency of sex - it was around 6 times a week. This frequency continued after the rough sex encounter and multiple times I had sex/masturbated whilst my penis was partially erect and I ejaculated when it was soft (only a little bit hard). On top of that, I regularly use an ecig to quit smoking (I am assuming I should stop using nicotine in the case I have peyronies). In order to fix the problem, when soft and hard, I keep bending my penis the opposite way to the way it bends when hard. Is this bad / should I stop doing this?

Is the curve new, or something you've always had?

Pretty sure, it is new. It looks really strange. Like 3/4 way up my penis, the penis can just bend at a point.

Can you see a peyronies specialist ASAP who could do an ultrasound for you?  Don't bend your penis when hard.  Doing it when you're soft can be helpful.

from the Uk, so tomorrow morning, will contact GP and hopefully convince him to get me an urgent specialist appointment. How sensitive is the time aspect? Is earlier better?

The sooner the better if peyronies.  But if you've always had the curve it's cogenital and nothing to worry about if it's useable.  How severe is the curve?

Not very severe but noticeable. Looks different to before. But if i press in the direction of the curve - the bend can look quite bad.

US1, you are in the right place but do not over-think this and obsess.   That is very easy to do.  There is a big difference in being sore or even have an injury and having Peyronies Disease.  It is good that you get to a good urologist interested in treating Peyronies Disease.  Many see it as unfulfilling since they don't know how to treat it.

The first piece of advice members should offer is that you read this Peyronies Survival Guide - Information for New Members - Peyronies Society Forums

Next, you will waste far less time and get more help here if you fill in the signature line that appears under every post.

Good luck
