I was diagnosed with peyronies about 2 years ago. My plaque extends longitudinally the complete shaft. Not painful but it has shortened my penis to half what it was. My urologist said that other than surgery, nothing could be done other than to try to prevent a worsening condition. Prescribed pento, 3x/day 400mg dose. So far so good, did not get worse but did not get any better, either. I now must live with a 3.5" penis.

The reason you didn't get answers is that you added your post to an existing topic
I split your post so you may have your own topic.

You don't must live with a 3.5" penis.
In addition to Pentox, you may add low dose Cialis and VED.
The combination helped me to gain back some length and girth.
And surgery is always an option. Not as first choice, but it is an option.
