Hey guys. Long story short:

Past Wednesday felt a minor tear/pain while masturbating normally. I was stroking normally like I always did.

Stopped almost immediately. No blood, no loss of erection, bruising, hematoma, or swelling. Just hard flaccid, a bit hard to climax and minor discomfort. Next day, Thursday, felt a bit harder to climax , like a garden hose being with a kink so it's hard for water to come out. Same symptoms as above.

Past Friday comes, I decide to try to masturbation gently but more focused to see if it was just stress. I climaxed after masturbation, felt like a bit of discomfort ejaculating and then immediately after I got flaccid, which did not took long I had this lump on the side of the penis protruding and hard veins showing and a pea sized mass on the right side almost near the base.

I was going to go to the hospital but it did not got worse, but doesn't go away either. Had a couple of panick attacks, almost lost control, and feeling desperate and worried sick about what to do.  Can't stop thinking I fractured my penis again, and worse did not let it heal.

Haven't masturbated nor took Cialis since. What would you guys do? Anybody had this happen as well? Does it look odd or worrying to you? Advice needed please.

-had those veins on the side but not even close to protruding like this.
-photos taken after shower, so slightly red colour on one picture from warm water.
-it is barely if at all visible when lying flat on my back. I attached picture. Penis looks ''OK''. Until I get up on my feet.

I think that if the vein has always been there, whatever it was that you injured must be underneath and the continued masturbation kept it inflamed. Are u having pain or is it just harder to climax? I think that if you have the opportunity, let your doctor evaluate it, maybe keep ice in it to bring inflammation down when u can. No mastication for while obviously.

Pfract, I cannot imagine you can fracture a penis masturbating.  It takes a pretty violent bending trauma to do that.  Every penis fracture I recall was a sports injury or female-on-top injury.  Beyond that, there is nothing you can do by yourself except the basics that are in the survival guide and possibly add heat or cold and see a good urologist.  Even a urologist can do nothing but add Pentox and possibly a prescription anti-inflammatory.  Could you just be having a flare-up of Peyronies Disease???
Could it be an inflamed vein???  https://openi.nlm.nih.gov/detailedresult.php?img=PMC2615764_1757-1626-1-411-1&req=4

I am sorry but I have no clue. Self-diagnosis will not help or give you peace of mind. One thing is certain.  Stress will not help. try to use some relaxation techniques. Make a plan.  Once you have done your part, relax until your appointment.

PS: You perfectly linked to the photo and linked the photo back to the post.  That's what we need to help others do if they post a photo.

Hey man. Before my major injury. Every now and then I'd get VERY hard veins all over my penis. They weren't really painful, just uncomfortable and felt inflamed. when I say hard I mean hard, felt like what I would think to be plaque, this would usually happen if I was having a lot of sex or masturbating during that time period. I'd listen to what hawk said. Don't be too worried about a fracture, that is near impossible. Ive ur and take NSAIDs is my advice
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

@stabler: thank you for answering. That's what I am thinking. I am definitely going to abstain from masturbation and Cialis for now. I do have a doctors appointment, that I was referred to months ago, and it's next week. Fingers crossed the doctor tells me it's nothing.

@hawk thanks for replying. I had to resize the photos for size purposes but got it done right. Thanks.  I am starting to think that I may be developing peyronies symptoms as well. Considering I had my fracture and then bent the penis slightly twice while erect inside my pants while tucked in to the side, that this might be too much. I had lost some size, and, gained maybe a 10° curvature,  but I don't really know now. I guess if Dr. Brock is not of much help I am visiting Dr. Eid sooner rather than expected.

@diehardpatriot Thanks man. That puts me at ease a bit. Hopefully it will heal well and no damage was done underneath. Really hoping I don't further worsen my condition.

Hi pfact, your penis don't look to bad, but its when erect that counts, hope all goes well, you've stopped masturbation for awhile, that will help heal your penis.
