Good afternoon,

I'm 23 years old and healthy. Back in june I heard a crack during sex but I felt no pain so I continued until the end. Days later  my erections started to get weaker, even during self stimulation. I had a doppler ultrasound flaccid 1 month after the injury and everything was normal with cavernous arteries being: right 31 cm/sec and left 29 cm/sec. However the venous flow was a little up being 11 cm/s compared to the normal value of 5 cm/ sec. My urologist prescripted cialis 5 mg for a month, which worked and hold the erection long enough to have sex. Does this rules out any organic causes of my erectile dysfunction?

When erect I can see a little indentation downwards. How can I treat this? Doctors in Peru told me that surgery is the only way, but they don't recommend it because of the risk, and as cialis works for me I should continue using it, as the veins will get accustom to hold the blood. It may be true, as after finishing the trial month using cialis, I waited a week to have sex with my girlfriend and I had no problem. The only problem is that if we have too much sex for several days (with no cialis) I start having problems to hold the erection and the left side of my shaft (part that is bended) starts getting a little bit red and hardened.

Do I have a venous leak? or as doctor says organic causes should be ruled out because of working cialis?

What do you recommend to help my condition? I have a very located indentation on the middle of the left part of my shaft.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and sorry for your current problems.

With venous leakage I would think it difficult to have an erection at all. I am also wondering what the sound was you heard several months before.

We actually focus more on a condition called Peyronies disease but also have discussoins regarding ED. Hope you find this site helpful.

Yes, I developed Peyronie as a result of the injury, so I was looking for guidance from people who have experience the same.

I heard a pop sound back in June.

Thanks!

warrior, i have a ventral left scar and i have some mild erectile dysfunction problems. What i can tell is that while on acute stage i could hardly masturbate as i could not hold the erection, while now after a few weeks of no fap it is gotten a lot better. If you don't have pain and you can have sex with cialis, the obvious recommendation anyone with peyronie's would tell you, is to NOT OVER DO IT. Just don't have that much sex, give your penis time to recover. To recover from the indentation is another whole issue, as you might find out reading the forum. As long as you dont suffer from pain or erectile dysfunction, consider yourself fine. Also Mind that not all penis damage equals peyronie's. One can have an injury that body simply fix with a scar. That scar it's not 100% going to lead to more scarring, and that scar is not 100%  become calcified. People can simply injure their penis and bring a little bending to it. If you can have sex with a little bending, you can just live safely with that... Just treat your penis better because you have discovered that it is not indestructible, and it is actually a lot less elastic now. Don't push it to inflammation, go easy, recover, adapt your sex life as it won't change that much. In Italy we say: don't bandage your head before it is hurt!
And i will add:  take care of your penis!
