Hi,

I forgot to introduce myself on this forum.
I'm from Holland and 63 years old.
Since about 6 to 8 months I have a left curve.
And also more or less ED.
In a few weeks I'v a appointment with a Urologist.

Further in my left and right hand Dupuytren, diabetes 2 and Parkinson.
That's enough....
I'm not desperate and positive.

The good thing is that I follow a LCHF diet, and was in 4 days stopped with insulin.
A few days later minimized my metforin to a minimum of one pill in the morning!!!
Only by eating a bit different!
There was something about the Pioppi diet on Dutch TV, so I tough "why not..."
And it works for me!
