I'm 21 year old from India. Ok so everything was so perfect before 5 days. I had a straight penis which had a slight (+3°) upward curve (only when fully erect) which was normal I guess. My penis was thick (didn't measure) and had length of 7 inch when erect and 4 inch when flaccid (measured both multiple times). I'm decent looking guy and pretty popular among girls. I always had a great sexual experience and my girlfriends always praised me.

Now here's what happened 5 days ago. I was sleeping in a tight jeans, it was morning time (4-5AM), I was having a wet dream, in dream when I inserted my penis inside a woman I felt a deep pain and I ejaculated. I woke up instantly and pain was still there. For three more hours I felt pain in my penis base and shaft including some strange abdominal pain.

On the same day I noticed my erect penis was leaning on left side, however there was no curve it was just leaning towards left. Next day in the morning I felt some pain again but it was just for few minutes.

But when I noticed my flaccid penis, it was curving on left side, and it had become short (2 inch), and my foreskin was folding due to short size which I noticed never before. And it was flaccid but still it was too hard like there's a bone inside it (from base to head). It was more tough on left side. Also there was a black dot on left (something like scratch) it was centre point of curving. When I gave it a search on google I found that it's called peyronie's disease. After reading few articles I became totally depressed.

That day I tried to erect my penis by watching porn, but it didn't work cause I was too depressed and my mind was not concentrating. I didn't erect it for next two days. After two days I found some more erotic porn and tried to concentrate and managed to erect it. Surprisingly it was not curving, it was straight, there was no pain but it was shorter than before (5.5 inch), also I felt less thickness. When flaccid it again curved on left.

Then I went to most famous and experienced eurologist in mumbai and narrated all incident. He said show me (weird feeling), then for next two minutes he pressed (sometime hard) it on different points and said "'its not peyronie's, I cant feel a plaque inside it'". I said "but it's become short" he replied "yeah, it's a reflex action, it's responding to a minor injury, and will be normal again after few days, but it's not peyronie's definitely". He wrote no medicine and said you can leave, nothing is matter of concern, don't think too much.

But it's hard to believe because all symptoms are matching with peyronie's. May be that urologist didn't encounter enough such cases, since it's rare condition, and may be he has not enough knowledge about it. It's still curving on left, I feel no pain, but sometimes I feel an itching sensation on left.

So what do you guys think it's peyronie's or not? The main question is can you feel plaque just after noticing the curve? Or it builds after some days ? (How many?).
I'm too depressed just thinking about it. When I go out and girls stare at me (I've always loved it), I don't find it amusing anymore, like I'm not a man anymore. I'm not feeling comfortable to talking to girls and thinking about sex. I just hate this condition. I wish it never happened. Reply please. Sorry for writing too long and my poor english.

YuvaanSharma welcome to the forum.  Your post was not too long.  It was informative and your English is very easy to read and understand. Your urologist could be correct that it is not Peyronies Disease or at least that there is no plaque.   There are a few precautionary things I would do, and it would have been nice if he had given you some Pentox.  If you are still within a week of injury then you probably still have some residual inflammation.  You could try some ice.  Also, I would try some GENTLE traction just with your hand.  I would soak in a warm tub and gently pull and hold for a couple minutes just in case scar tissue is trying to form.  I would take Advil or another non-prescription anti-inflammatory.

You will find some more supplements in there.  Keep a close eye on your measurements and any erect curve.  If there are negative changes get back to a good doctor.
