Hi everyone, i have no one to talk to about this so I hope I'm in the right place to seek some advice. I feel that my life it's over in the moment and I'm lost.
I am 24 yO and  I have always had a curved penis where it curves/bends to the left and up (a small twist). I have been aware of an increase in curvature in penis recently , it looks like a banana but like bends to the left as well. Moreover I sometimes (not very often) get a strange hourglass/ or break or a curve to the left while getting erect but then it goes away when I'm fully erect where my erections points up and to the left with around 20 degrees left and up.. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort when hard or flaccid, however my right side of penis is stronger and stiffer than my left where I see the break and hourglass shape (sometimes) when semi erect and I fee that my life is over, I'm panicing about it and I'm at work typing this, that's how bad it's consuming me for the past 2 days.

I am not sure if I have developed a case of peyronies or It's normal as I have never experienced any pain and I have always had a curved penis. The curve and the hourglass made me panic and I feel that I'm too young to have my life ruined like that. I have had the hourglass since I was 13 and it never bothered and I never thought about it, but I was curious recently because I noticed my curve on the mirror. My penis looks normal from the top with a small curve, it look like it's bent upward like a banana from the side, however it looks curved to the left with an upward bend when looking on the mirror and it freaked me out.

I have some ED, not always though. Sometimes I cannot keep an erection without stimulation or watching porn. The hour glass goes away when hard and I didn't have a problem staying hard with a girl couple months ago. Do you guys think I have Peyronies? I stopped going to the gym, stopped studying and I'm not focused on work now. im concerned that if it's peyronies it will calcify by 30.

I appreciate your input guys, I'm sorry I was very repetitive, I'm just freaking out. I live in Dallas Texas

It is probably peyronies. Some people are born with curvature but if your penis curves more with time or develop hourglass deformations then its definitely peyronies. Peyronies sucks but your life is not over. You can treat peyronies but not really cure it. You can make it straight using traction therapy. This works 100%, but takes long and is very difficult to do enough hours of traction. You can treat the deformations by using a VED device for a couple of minutes every day. This is the mainstream treatments. If your peyronies take a turn for the worse and you basically cannot have sex anymore then the last resort is getting something called an implant. Expensive but very successful in straightening your dick and restoring erection quality. As for the plague and your fear of it calcifying is very tricky. Even straightening your dick with traction will not fix that problem. Many theories exist on manual stretching techniques and adjusting your diet to Keto to prevent it from getting worse. I suggest going on youtube and listening to Neoman. Just search "traction by hand" and you will find him. It seems that fasting is another theory to prevent progression and possibly reduce plague. Many members claim that by not eating for an extended period of time your body will eat protein that is unnecessary in the body, such as the plague for energy. I have my doubts on this though. This disease sucks and I wont wish it on my worst enemy, but your life is not yet over. It will probably drastically change though. Please consult a urologist ASAP because there are brilliant urologists out there that could potentially treat your disease very well

Look into oral supplementing too. Blueberries, broccoli, COQ10 and coffee can assist in recovery and prevent further plague formation. I found L Arginine to help with pain if that ever arises. All the best

Thank you for your response. I have read your post and I am sorry that you're suffering from it as well. The idea is making me go insane honestly. The thing is I have always had the hourglass shape while semi erect, it rarely happens and it goes away the moment I get hard. I have never ever experienced any form of pain or discomfort and it has always been curved up and to the left but I freaked out when I looked at the mirror and saw that it looks weird. I asked 2 of my girl friends to take a look and they said it looks fine but it's just bent. Yet the I'm panicking that it might really be Peyronies. I need to set at appointment with a urologist however I haven't read success stories with urologists as I have read that most aren't very good in treating it.

This sounds like it could be congenital curve which if so does not worsen and a 30 degree curve should present no problems.  If worried, I'd consult w a peyronies specialist who can do an ultrasound to rule out peyronies.
